Man, after my deadlift day my glutes are extremely sore. Seems like the ArA is kickin in full throttle...

Never mentioned I wrapped up my sustain alpha and endosurge. Good run with natty test boosters.

Going forward (well in month or so) I'm looking at this as my next run.

For me it's subtle. More alpha male mentality, confidence, minor strength increase, "denser" feeling muscle but I did hold a good amount of water the last time I used dermacrine.

Hmm. Those first few are appealing to me. Holding water...probably not the best since I'm trying to drop 6-7 lbs for my meet, but maybe throw in a weak ai to mitigate that??

Yeah. I'd look at iron legions new topical AI to offset the water retention. Everybody doesn't get it, I however did lol

Half a cheese pizza and a pint of ice cream rounded my carb load out.

Just over 600g cho, 130g protein and 200g fat.

The half pizza and pint of ice cream put my fats on overtime lol

I'm a simpleton. Cheese pizza is my favorite pizza lol and it was store bought.

No meat though to keep the fat down. It was already climbing after just the cheese lol

Two full days of 30g or less of carbs and I have "trace" amounts of ketones. I know this isn't too accurate but nice to see I'm moving in the right direction. Especially since I consumed over 600g of cho on Sunday. Which, has washed off already! Back to my baseline weight

Will re measure either Friday morning or Saturday morning.

Two sets of db incline, some bicep work, rear delt and calves.

Diets going well too. Tomorrow is my wife's birthday and Sunday is Mother's Day (duh) so, we're going to break my carb load with some Olive Garden (wife's favorite restaurant) then.. I'll load up on pancakes have some nigiri and hopefully some other stuff.

The pump again, was ridiculous. The refeed before this session has been nice lol I managed to tweak my low back.. Again.. Saturday. So, I went and got an adjustment today and am relaxing now. Will stretch the glutes and low back later tonight and throw my TENS on for 10 minutes or so on a low low setting.

Btw, I Gua Sha my traps last Friday and may have overdone it a little... VERY tender, but they managed to petechiae really quick.

Didn't get my hamstring work in. Was dead tired. Weighed an all time low today and flat as a sheet of paper.

142lb on the button. Down 10lbs since the start of carb nite, with no noticeable drop in strength

I didn't count things like jelly (on toast), juices, chips, or sauces.

Worked out in the AM today instead of the afternoon (7am versus 5pm) because one of my employees is out of town. Trained fasted and everything moved well! Next week is my last week with this block, deload then onto the next training block. If I can stay healthy, I'm going to do a push/pull this July (although squat is my strongest lift right now)

Depending on how my cut goes, I may end up in the 132 class lol

Well, I'm going to deload.

Had a craptasti workout this morning. Squats went well, bench was so I wrapped it up and left. I'll start deloading Wednesday until next Monday.

Bench 4x5
220x4 - only set and I left shortly after this.

Anyhow, next Monday will be better. Be easy fellas

Opinions on "deloads" I know there are a few different ways to go about it.

65% for x sets and x reps

Top @8 double

Instead of 7 sets of two, cut the volume in half use the same weight (squats - 290x2x3 or 290x2x4)

What do you guys prefer? Obviously, with the general RTS there is NO deloading.

Discuss please lol

I'm on the fence with the @8 double or cut the volume in half
