Mashed cauliflower is awesome. It's just expensive and doesn't go very far.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure I was. Was a big fan of it when it came out (the profile), I just never cut (well, not on purpose anyway) so I haven't had a chance to use it.

Weighed 146 this morning. Let's see what I weigh Monday morning after my 6hr window

My pre workout cocktail has pretty well stayed the same. So far, so good.

1hr pre -40g 90% chocolate

15min pre- 1g ArA with 1 scoop creamax xt and 2caps combustion

No intra. I cut out all BCAAs and drink water only.

Also, starting Monday morning I'm drinking the bullet proof coffee as my "breakfast". It's crazy how high functioning (cognitive wise) I've been since starting carb nite with the high fat 6 days a week.

From from Ive read and from what 1fast400 has mentioned/linked in dsades Ketoinduce thread, aminos kick you out of keto (minus leucine)

Leucine only is beneficial and will further ketosis.

There were about 40 comments in the live chat saying RIP Zahir. I dunno if he got squished on squat or what. I know he lost the bar off of his back 2/3 of the way up on one attempt.

Elix1r by OL has been a God send the last few mornings. Drink that around 715am and have my bulletproof coffee shortly after and good for the remainder of the day!

If it's powdered, I don't use it. Liquid stevia is the not sweetener I use. Usually powdered sweetener has Sucralose, maltodextrin or dextrose.

Obviously most studies show it to not increase insulin or impact it at all. But to play it safe I just cut it out

Monk fruit sweetener is suppose to be 100 times sweeter then granulated table sugar with no impact on insulin/glucose

I use a medium roast coffee and add the coconut oil to it. Taste is perfect.

I froth it though, so there isn't a slick oil/butter top lol
 
Man, after my deadlift day my glutes are extremely sore. Seems like the ArA is kickin in full throttle...

Never mentioned I wrapped up my sustain alpha and endosurge. Good run with natty test boosters.

Going forward (well in month or so) I'm looking at this as my next run.
