Two workouts a day ok?

I work 14 hour shifts at work so im used to heavy lifting and moving for long periods of time. On my days off is it okay to do two workouts a day if i have no symptoms of overtraining? Strength training in the morning (typical 3 day split routine), and kettlebell and core work in the afternoon. Kettlebells work better for me than cardio at melting off fat with the added bonus of building muscle. I am currently taking Andro and Activate Xtreme twice a day and 10g Creatine Monohydrate once a day. Energy is through the roof and havent had any problems recovering from the workouts. I just am not sure if that much volume will prevent my muscles from rebuilding.
 
I started adding them in last week. Eat a TON and try and get a nap between workouts! Peri-workout nutrition needs to be pretty good, but I think it's a good way to get some more work done on a daily basis. I've got some chemical assistance, though, so ease your way in so you don't start overtraining.
 
i always train twice on tues, about 4 hours between...
 
If your fueling your body the nutrients it needs and its not an everyday occurance i dont see it being an issue whatsoever. Especially with ample amounts of time inbetween i say go for it.

On my morning shifts i typicaly do a cardio session after work, ill get home, eat and relax a bit and then hit my weight session after that.
 
I just started doing this 1 or 2x a week and LOVE IT. on another note 10g Creatine is a waste of 5g... you are literally pissing 5g out everyday. you only need 5g a day for saturation. save your money.

Not always true, loading is usually smart, plus its so cheap I'd rather waste some than not give my body enough.

I bought like 15kg at a PP sale a year ago for 40 bucks and still have half left lol
 
if he is preloading (which is also not nec either imho) he didnt say. plenty of studies show >5g you are just pissing it out...
 
Yea loading with creatine isnt necessary. Just take the 5gms a day and you will saturate your body.
