this might be a placebo effect, but ive been dosing green mag an hour before workout, white flood 15 mins before workout and then another serving of green mag 30 minutes into my workout. ive been noticing that i have better endurance during sets and i get a better pump. has anyone else tried this and noticed a difference, or am i just wasting my money?
 
you're wasting your money. What you're experiencing is the malate for endurance and taurine for fullness...totally not worth the wasted creatine.
