Going to Vegas this Wednesday... I'm cramming a modified 4-day worksplit into 2 days before I head out for a 5 day weekend. My typical worksplit is 5 days.
I thought about that. I'm graduating from Astravar 2.0 and I'm paranoid about experimenting with how high of a dosage I need. I'm OCD about partitioning my supps into months too. Didn't plan on starting potassium nitrate til the beginning of December.
A few hours between workouts. Enough to get my post workout protein assimilation. I'll go one HemaVol scoop + one Conquer scoop per workout. I'm almost out of HemaVol and barely have 4 servings to ration out.
i'd go with 1 scoop of conquer and 1 scoop of hemavol for each workout, i don't think anything negative would happen, especially if your only doing it for 2 days
well i'm the exact opposite, only 5ft 5....i'd start with 2 caps at your size and then go from there....for me i'd always like to use the least amount possible to give me the desired results, you may end up at 4 caps but also might find your sweet spot to only be 3 caps
