I could tell i been out of it for awhile today. I made i through though.
I have a systemin my notebook im going to try and implement here to give you more an idea my lift details. heres the key...
+ = maybe 1-3 more reps could have been done
++ = alot more most likely, 5+
! = shocked myself
* = Sweet spot, landed right on my last good rep. (i use a check in my notebook.)
V = down from what i was expecting.
If you want to try to use those fine if not take the number for what they're worth, it just helps me be reminded of where i was in a little more detail on a lift. If theres nothin there i just couldnt tell or it wasnt a big enough deal to note.
Legs.
Squat - ++6x145 +6x225 *8x225 10x185 8x185
Leg Curls - *6x120 *8x110 *8x110 8x90
Hack Squat - +10x120 6x140 had to bail here, knee felt very uncomfortable.
SLDL - ++10x145 *10x195
Leg Ext. - +10x100 *10x120
Standing Calf Raises - 45x100
Over all a good day. Felt a bit tired and wish i could have given it more but i just was drained from the weekend and maybe low on food. TestoPro seems to be giving me the support i need though and still making me feel solid in the gym wether im on full blast or not.
