Nice update.Bam back down to under 260 about 258.5 after the pounds I gained I tipped to 265 lol. Almost done with the bottle maybe have 3 more days and I'll be done.

So yesterday I woke up and my arms looked different in the mirror, my shoulders had a couple of striations I was like hmmmmmm what's this. Just for fun I grabbed my tape measured and took some measurements of my bicep. Even had my bro help me a bit stupid tape kept slipping and holy monkey balls they grew .25" up to 19.75" now getting close to 20".
I have finished my 532 program and would like some input on a new program to try with priorities being
1. Build muscle
2. Strength
3. Endurance
