It was good the days before but then with all the stuff going on I didn't have time to make a decent meal and my mom had got me some fries and that killed it. It was either that or no food for a while oh and the damn fried chicken. I'm sure that and the beers I had with my uncles and dad really have me carrying excess weight. I refused a couple of beers then my uncle just looked at me and went "we are hurting come on join us I'm not saying get plastered just have sone with us".
 
Today's workout and I desperately need to work on grip strength. I lost my straps and the damn bar kept slipping off me on my 405 attempts. I know being sweaty and well they don't let us use chalk thanks to a couple of guys that made a huge mess makes it a bit harder but still.

So yesterday I woke up and my arms looked different in the mirror, my shoulders had a couple of striations I was like hmmmmmm what's this. Just for fun I grabbed my tape measured and took some measurements of my bicep. Even had my bro help me a bit stupid tape kept slipping and holy monkey balls they grew .25" up to 19.75" now getting close to 20".

I have finished my 532 program and would like some input on a new program to try with priorities being

1. Build muscle
2. Strength
3. Endurance

I joined the 500lb club today on deadlift and today was my first day of PCT just started Rebirth and Ep1c caps. I will be updating final pics and weigh in tomorrow ****ing exhausted from working out.

I'm not the form police, if you can even move 500 pounds you are stronger than damn near everyone that you will meet in a daily basis. That's impressive. Paired with your bench, you're a beast.
 
Wow! 500lb DL is nice!!! Congrats on the strength increase, how did the weight loss portion of the run go? Did you have any sides?

i don't think he was focused on fat loss vs retaining strength, Iwas hoping for fat loss 11kt log.

I lost about 9lbs but I do believe I burned a decent amount of fat my skin feels tighter, my muscles feel more solid, and I feel much much lighter. For example the other I did about 15 sets of 5 on pull ups when I used to be able to do only 3 and I'd be dead

My final weigh in was 255 and according to the gym owner I lost about 3-4% body fat. My lifts went up on a deficit so I guess I'm still in the range that I can get stronger while eating less like a lot of big guys when they begin. I'm still learning what my body likes and dislikes so I was playing around with the diet but I'm slowly dialing it in which should help future cycles be much better

Deadlift, yes I know I cheated I hitched and jerked but I locked it and I'll count it. This was a PR by 45lbs last max lift I had was at 455lbs, if you don't want to count that lift then I did hit 475lbs very clean.

All in all I think it went pretty well. If I decide to try this again I'd probably double the dose and see if I can get better results but I won't be doing it solo I have the 1 andro and epiandro just waiting to be used. I did enjoy the libido boosts when I had sex readily available lol I'm single right now but had some good encounters.

The one thing I didn't like about it is I was very paranoid about being around little kids. My family is pretty close and I see my little cousins all the time for BBQs and was very paranoid about it.

I'll be happy to answer any questions if I didn't mention something somebody is curious about.
