Day 98 - part 2 CHEST - inclines

As I mentioned this morning I was hoping we would go see John Wick and we did. Action packed all the way through. Good movie!
And then this evening as the sun went down I hit incline BB bench press. Felt pretty tight but managed to get done what I wanted.

Great workouts turff49, I an wanting to see John Wick also... was weird I started thinking of Keanu's stuff when I saw that Constantine was being made a tv series and thought Damn Keanu should be doing that. Then wallah he is coming out in what looks to be a bad ass movie!

Busy day at work today. Meetings all afternoon. Then go home and celebrate our 9th anniversary. Well, small dinner and watch whatever she wants on TV or go down to the beach. We will go out this weekend for a nicer dinner.

Anyway, started the Clen back up today at 60mcg. Did my morning usual drink and headed to the gym. Kept the weight on the OHP's a little lighter but more sets

Cals yesterday were at 2156 with a 45p/30c/25f split. A few more weeks at this cal range to get shredded and then start increasing the cals, just in time for the holidays!

Dosing Clen at 80mcg today and will bump to 100 tomorrow. Cals were at 2156 again yesterday . May drop them to 1900 Sunday after we go out tomorrow for dinner. Today's workout went well but seemed it was time to go before I knew it...

Well, just trying to shred up right now on this last 2 week run on clen. 1900 might be a bit low...
The old thing is, I weighed this morning and am at 190. 3lbs heavier than when I was at 3500 cals. Granted I'm 4 weeks into my TestE. I thought my bf would've been a little lower than 11-11.5% though. Hopefully the Proviron shows up next week.

Maybe I should bump cals up and see if I shred any...

you trying to build, lean & clean? 1900cals is not the way to do it..
now if you were hardcore cutting, doing a show or something, and were in latter stages of that endeavor....maybe
the other facet here is, it's fine to stay lean and all that, but test E is not real conducive to getting all chiseled & striated either....there is some aromatization of course, water retention - but that is the environment for GROWTH! and to grow, of course you need adequate calories

in the end, 10-12% bf is nothing to sneeze at in regards to being cut - this is wayyy better than the average joe, let alone the 50y/o average joe..it is also a nice range to reside in which to add new muscle

I would go no lower than 2500cals personally - and preferably would have you no lower than 3kcals if I were structuring things for you
THEN, we slowly add in cals and build from there..

Well, since I trust your judgement better than my own, a few more hundred sounds pretty good right now! I'll bump up to 2500 and go from there then. Dinner is already looking better now...lol

I do plan to be at around 3500-4000 by thanksgiving!

Something was clicking right today. Didn't get up until 6. Did my usual routine for PWO but was really feeling good. Today was heavy leg day. Heavy for me anyway!

Everything just felt right. Quads were activating and core muscles were good and tight.
Cals came in at 2505 yesterday but 50% was protein. Had to try the Rocky Road protein powder by Bev Int. It came in late evening. Have to say, it's pretty damn good!

In the 60-90 sec range. Last set was prob 2 minutes. Same with the leg press.

Today was sort of low volume but heavy and intense. My upper back and shoulders were aching before I went in, guess this weeks heavy workouts were catching up with me.
Clen dose was 100mcg and did my usual PWO.
