Day 76 - second workout

Ok, had some extra energy today and received some of the NEW Stimul8 RTD.
First all this taste great!! I like the taste even more than the Stimul8 powder! Also, 1 serving was just right.

So, with all this energy and not having done my deadlifts this week, it was on!

Sumo Deadlifts

Best deadlift day I've had from a volume standpoint! The 300 felt pretty good and probably could've pulled a couple more but I wanted to do more sets.

Just got back from a trip to the woods with the kids. Catchin up on AM posts now. Those are some nice numbers .... especially for sumo deads. I work up to 345lbs for 6 when I do standard deads but I can't get even close to that when I do sumo. :( Been managing to get up to 265lbs for 6 on sumo and that's pushing it. Sounds like I need to spend some more time in the sumo stance.

And thanks! Been working hard to get them up as I only started doing Sumos about 8 months ago. Actually doing heavy shrugs and heavy Hack Squats have helped.

Oh what I'd give to have mountains around me. One of these days I'll move back to the Smokey mountains and can roam the woods!
One of my favorite places was a little place called Trinidad(I think that's it) just south of Eureka(sp?) in Northern Cal. Beautiful area. I use to fly into San Diego and then drive up the coast to Washington. Had great times!!

Work relocated me in 1997 for a job that was only suppose to be for 2 years. We kept winning the contract and I'm still here...
 
Super strong deads Turff!!! Great way to use that extra energy!! I eventually want to move to the mountains too! Just need a property in the mountains, on a lake, and near the beach...that's doable right?! Haha
 
I understand the relocating for a job thing. I may be relocating myself in the next couple of months. Been in NorCal my whole life ..... looks like I may be heading to Oklahoma .... at least it will be on a 120acre ranch property in the woods. The next few weeks will tell if its gonna happen or not.
 
Day 78 - ARMS

Dosing of my Clen is now at 120mcg split at 80 morning and 40 at lunch. No problems and the cramps have been minimal the past couple days.
Also dosed my Stimul8/Ignite2/ Max Pump/ Creatrona concoction this morning and then off to the gym.

Oh, I've been dosing Max Pump and tada for 6 months now. lol
And I've been using the concoction for about as long too.

She's getting around pretty good. Knee feels better but still has the walking boot on the foot.

Day 82 - BACK

I think work has finally taken it's toll on me. We've been working 12hr days 6 days a week for the past few weeks. Hopefully we finish tonight and I get back to my normal 10hr days 5 days a week. Just felt drained and tired this morning but I pushed through. Actually feel better now. Also, I must have one strange body. Been on Clen for a little over a week. Been dropping cals down from 3500 to right now at 2800. I've actually gained 2 lbs. Lol

I wondered why I didn't feel like making it to the gym at 4am today. I just tallied up my hours and I worked 89hrs in the past 8 days. I'll have to make up legs later in the week. Thank goodness we completed this task this morning. I'm whooped.

Checked my bf this morning and I'm around 11%
Still can't tell if the Clen has really stripped anything. Once I get some rest and back to a normal schedule I think everything will work out.
 
Agree. All those work hours takes a toll! Rest up brother.

are you in a cal-deficit now?
clen really is not effective in a cal-maintenance or surplus - but it really shines in a deficit ;)
 
Deficit. I was maintaining the same weight at 3500 cals and I'm down to 2700 today. My meal spacing has been all screwed up due to work the past week. Everything back to normal today though. 5 more days with Clen then a 2 week break and then back on again. My cals tomorrow will be at 2500 and that's where I'll keep them for the duration.

Keep in mind a lot of times people hold water on clen and when they stop it whooshes right off and then they get to see all of the actual fat loss.

I wondered if water retention was an issue on Clen. Thanks for that info Chris. I do look a little "wet" but the bf checked out pretty good.

Thanks man! I'm a pretty dedicated guy. In my line of work I expect weeks like this(environmental construction). Although, I've not had to put hours in like this since Hurricanes Katrina and Rita.

Dosed the Clen and my PWO concoction and off to the gym. When I got there and started the chest routine I felt weak. But, that seemed to change as the workout went on. Probably fatigued but by the end I felt revitalized, and hungry!

Yep, doing drop sets on those I knew I better keep it to 5 reps, 10 reps on drop sets would've burnt me out.
My legs were feeling great though and I didn't sense the need for lower reps.
