So I am ordering the TTA complex from CNW...

I have Taurine in the cart and I don't know if there is anything else I can order to help. GMS?

I will be going to the health food store to pick up some magnesium and potassium.

Anything else in bulk I should look into?

CEE and CM stopped the cramping for me.

I don't want to skew the results of the product with CEE tho.

I will just go ahead and order and if it doesn't work I will add in something else.

You should look into Glycergrow. It has everything you need to help with cramping.

V8 juice has like 80% of daily potassium I believe, but also has a very high sodium content.

What helps me for some reason is to not lower carbs too much. When I do, I can barely move the next day.
