I have a few questions as the study is a bit over my head:
1. Is it reasonable to assume that the same effects could be observed in humans?
2. Any way to counteract the T lowering effects described in the study?
3. Is a low dose of melatonin (1mg) going to have similar effects?
I do like my tryptophan but I don't want sth to decreasing my T levels as I am already borderline low now. I wonder if tryptophan is to blame..
