trying to master PCT,

Hi All, i'm finishing my second cycle of test Enan. for 10 weeks, i was planning to run it for 12 weeks but my father has passed away so i stopped it at 10th week and started post cycle therapy after 12 days as the following :

retain @ 75 mg and Vit C @ 3 Gm's a day starting a week before PCt
Day 1 300 mg Of clomid and 20 mg of nolva
week 1 150 mg of clomid and 20 mg of nolva
week 2 100 mg of clomid and 20 mg of nolva
week3-4 50 mg of clomid and 20mg of nolva
week 5-6 50 mg of clomid

Retain and Vit. C will go along through the 6 weeks.


Diet :

trying to keep it as much as when ON but its a little lower now, protien never below 200+gms

workout :
wieghts are as heavy as ON with same number of sets but with no supersets, drop sets, nor negatives...etc
i workout two muscles group every workout and its going 2 on 1 off

Cardio:
i started a light cardio sesions around 65% for 30 Mins after workouts.


now my Questions are :

1- do you think my PCT is good enough any adjustments are welcome
2- in regards of diet, how much shall i go beyond maintenance
3- should i continue the cardio sessions this way or adjust
4- any critique over whats typed above.

I can't really comment on the post cycle therapy but I just wanted to say I am so very sorry for your loss. I wish you and your family the very best.
 
First off, I am sorry for your loss my friend. I don't know what your spiritual beliefs are, but if it doesn't offend you, I'd be happy to include you and your family in my prayers. Prayer holds the key IMO to a smoother life. Believe me, there is a God and He does listen. If you take the time to talk to Him, He'll let you know He's listening.

Second, your diet and training plan look fine, but I'd cut the Retain to about half that dose by the end of wk3.

Hey Mess,

You may want to include some creatine into your workout to help you with increased ATP storage. Possibly some fenugreek, Activate or Powerfull, and whatever else you can think of that may effectively increase your natural test levels. I think with a cortosil reducer, a natty test booster, SERM(s), and other support anciliares you've got a solid PCT.


And of course, Mess...I'm extremely sorry to hear about your loss. My condolences to you and your family.
 
I am sorry about the loss as well.

As for your PCT, I personally would also add some libido enhancers. There are mixed views as to whether or not they increase testosterone and most studies point to no, HOWEVER, there are unknown mechanisms involved that have been shown to increase libido and in some strength. You can either get your own fenugreek, tribulus, maca, etc. or get some PowerFULL.

As Rage said CEE (creatine ethyl ester) is another good way to go about it.

I personally would not go so low on protein, I would keep protein to a minimum of 250 during PCT. And as for the cardio, if it were me I wouldn't want to burn anymore calories than I already was. However, I did post a study somewhere on AM (you could search for it) about cardio and the turnover point. The point at which your body goes from burning fat to carbs. They mention in the study that 45% V02 seems to be the point that your body burns fat and I believe it was 75% where your body began burning carbohydrates. If you are doing cardio after your workouts, and therefore after you are somewhat carb depleted, doing cardio at too high a rate could be detrimental to your gains, especially when you are in a catabolic state, such as that in PCT.

DHEA is another great addition. It is cheap and very effective. I know Dr.D has proposed the use of DHEA in PCT for quite some time and I have posted various studies on the subject. Most will say that the youngin's shouldn't take it because our levels are high enough we wont get an effect, but in PCT when your test levels are extremely low, it will work wonders since your test levels will mimick and old mans.

As they stated above a libido booster could help, other options could be supps like lean extreme to control cortisol and help keep unwanted bodyfat down. ALso IGFLR3 is always a nice addition.

Yeah I totally forgot to say that even though the two places I work both offer it haha. DAMN IM RETARDED SOMETIMES.

But as Jminis stated, LR3 IGF-1 is probably the single greatest PCT ingredient (minus the SERM of course) that you can take. People usually actually gain weight and stay lean while using it in PCT. It is wort the ~100-120 bucks in my opinion to keep everything and stay lean.

It is especially good on the longer cycles as you are very shutdown.
 
i have no idea about it, i mean i know what IGF stands for but didnt search enough to decide if i'll be able to use it
