tryin to bulk up

hey im tryin to add about 15 pounds of solid mass i was thinkin about running spawn at three caps a day and then at the last 2 weeks of the month cycle stack it with beastdrol at 2-3 caps a day....ill have all the needed supports and proper serums for pct ...just want some input on maybe how to improve the cycle or if u think it is to harsh on the liver
 
i train 5 days a week

Monday: chest shoulders
Tuesday: legs
wednesday: back
thursday: bi/tris
friday: hang cleans, deadlifts, anything i need to work on
i also do 45 mins of cardio three times a week

Diet goes something like
Meal 1 : 5 egg whites one whole egg slice of whole wheat bread
Meal 2: canned chicken breast or tuna
Meal 3: 8 0z of lean beef/chicken breast
meal 4: protien shake after workin out
meal 5: either beef/chicken/salmon

also just fyi this isnt my first cycle ive done two cycles of m1t before exprinced great strength gains love the stuff
 
personally, i think you need to eat more. if your stats that you have up are correct, then you need to up the cals a lot more. according to your diet, you don't eat any carbs outside of meal 1
 
yea when i start the cycle i will def up the calories ....but i have the tendancy to put on fat quite easily so im tryin to make these gains as lean as possible any advice on how to do that would be great

260 calories
Meal 3: 8 0z of lean beef/chicken breast
400 calories
meal 4: protien shake after workin out
230 calories
meal 5: either beef/chicken/salmon
400 calories

Total: 1540 calories

1540 cals/230 lbs. = 6.7 calories / lb.

You must've forgot a few things in there or are you seriously cutting weight? I would think with a diet like that you'd be dropping weight real fast! Trying adding a protein shake with meals 1 and 5 and adding food to meal 4. This should increase your calories by 750 - 1000 cals and should still leave you at eating only ~11x your bw. The gains (if you can make them with so few cals) should be lean.
 
nah i didnt forget anything i have been cutting for about two months now i went from 250 to 228...that was the diet i was using ....so how many calories do u suggest i take in daily to try to reach the goal of 15 pounds i realize if im bulking some fat is goin to come with it just trying to minimize it

i would go around the 22-2300 cal mark, but workup to that level, don't just jump from the 1700 to the 2300 all at once.

what is beastdrol?

spawn is already a stack of tren/epi, i'm concerned that beastdrol is already stacked as well.
 
beastdrol is superdrol so with this stack there would be two methyls the epi from the spawn and the beastdrol...so three phs two are methyls

As long as he has the proper PCT ready he'll be fine IMO. But don't run all of them on top of eachother the whole time.
 
You need to eat more bro. Your maintenance is around 3680 @ 230lbs. Try 3000 a day. Are you trying to bulk or cut or lean bulk?
 
yea when i start i realize i have to up the calories alot....im tryin to lean bulk....also i would like to see some good strengh gains.... to see my max go from 315 to 330 at least on flat bench
 
also what do u guys think about this for a pct....clomid 100/50/50/25...i also have nolva in case of any gyno but dont want to use it if i dont have to casue it limits gains
