hey guys,
for those of you looking for mass building stacks, exercises, diet, etc... try this

7000 calories
tut muscle groups mon-fri
Anabeta
erase pro
muscle marinade
bulk modern bcaa's
real mass
true mass
finaflex g8

try that stack on for size and see for your self what kind of results you get!

Wow, how do you get that much calories? Eat a KFC party bucket every 2 hours?

Tut muscle groups? If I ate that much I'd get so fat

sorry I used a brief description of what I call my workouts...tut muscle groups is what I call pen point time under tension workouts...normally a 3-0-1-0 tut with any workout that starts with a concentric movement ( that is lowering the bench bar or squaring)

the 7000 calories was mainly for me because I'm a mesomorph ( someone who is muscular but it is very hard to gain and keep weight )

sorry for the confusion

no way lol...I stick to the cliche "if man made it don't eat it"....this is a very general term but I use it in the case of fast foods..

I gain my calories from Oatmeal 3x a day, 4 pb&js a day, two mass gain protein shakes a day (true mass) , 3 weight gainer shakes a day (real mass), dinner which is normally meat or pasta, and casein protein before bed...

ironically though....I still find it hard to gain weight and I only s*** 1-2 times a day So it's not like my calories are sitting in the toilet

So aside from dinner and some oatmeal, you drink all your calories? You need to eat more quality calories, not liquids, then you might be more successful.

Wow. So you hardly eat any of your protein calories? Swap chicken in for those pb&j sandwiches. Put some food in your diet.

Drinking all your cals is the shizz. I fill a 2.2L jug up every morning of my secret swolemaster blend.
1.5lbs of boiled chicken
2 scoops protein
half pound spinach or whatever veggies are on sale
orange juice concentrate
banana
and peanut butter =)

Ya man sure....this is what i do everyday pretty much...may be -, +, = 7000 but here ya go

3 packs oatmeal w/ honey w/ whole milk (650 cal) x3 a day = 1950
real mass protein w/ whole milk w/ peanutbutter w/ banana (900 cal) 3x a day = 2700
1 bag of Bear Naked granola (1540 cal) x1 a day = 1540
PB&J w/ honey w/white bread (360 cal) x 4 a day = 1440
True Mass proten (620 cal) x2 a day =1240
dinner norm. chicken w/ vegies or steak w/ potatos or pasta w/ bread (500 cal maybe) x1 a day = 500
left over dinner (500 cal maybe) x1 a day = 500
100% casein (240 cal) x1 a day = 240
misc. throughtout the day (100 cal) x? a day = 100

workout (-1500 cal) x2 a day = -3000
total =7210

pretty sure you're miscalculating your calories burned per workout

ya your probably right, i dont know how to calculate them so i took a random guess but im not saying it is exact....
i workout for about an hour each workout but i really dont have a clue how much i do burn i just know how much i put in roughly....
