Let's just start by saying I got another bench press PR tonight :D...I normally doesn't max so often but I'm pretty sure I won't overtrain even If I max every week while on cycle...It's awesome since my bench normally hardly increase...It has gotten better lately but stills, PP is really giving me an edge...

Arms were pretty good too but the biceps pump was on the hardcore side (Really really painful)...I still seriously liked it though :D ...

Sides are now pretty much non-existant...Memory is alright, teeth are too...Everything is working like a charm...I'm actually already panning my next cycle :D (which I will run in about 3 months, I will give time to my body to recovers correctly)...Those products are really cancelling my slight genetic disavantage, so I really likes it :D... Seems having a really good diet pays off finally ;)

Oh and by the way, more and more people are noticing I'm gaining mass ;)

SECOND WEEK MARK THOUGHTS[/size]​


I've been at 30 mg this week and gained another 5.5 pounds, for a total of 11.5 so far, which is not bad at all :D

Strenght gains are being phenomenal, ridiculous, beyond possible, I can't believe it...

I'm not seeing as much size gains though (I'm maybe a bit fat, so that's why muscle mass increase is not that evident)

I'm not getting any side effects anymore (Teeth are correct, no more lethargy, memory lapse that had me worried are now gone)...

I'm not feeling like I'm on anything excepting in the gym, in the kitchen and on the scale :D

Seriously, I don't feel I'm on something, but my muscles tell me otherwise, wow :eek:

Seriously, get this, I gained 25 pounds on my bench since last power week....I did 200x3.5, 195x4, 195x3 and 185x4.5 last time...I did, get this, 225x3.5, 225x2.5 ,215x3.5, 185x4.5...Same thing on incline dumbell, took 80 and 85 instead of 70 and 75 :eek:

Considering chest is my weakness, it's seriously unbelievable...I'm gonna max again friday ;)....

I'm amazed what some exogenous hormone source can do to a body when being used in conjunction with good training and a solid diet plan :D...I've seriously gotten 6 months worth of gains in 3 weeks...Only thing worrying me at the moment is that I hope I keep most of that strenght at the end...Only time will tell...

looks like **** is going real good now. PP wont dissappoint you this time haha, good first cycle so far and 11+ pounds is really really good so far. 3rd week gets better! Keep it up and check that diet just in case

I'd say if I have something to modify a bit, it would be about my diet...In my opinion, I take too much whey and not enough whole food for protein...My diet is REALLY good but not as Perfect as while I'm in college...

You're quickly becoming a lot stronger on chest moves, surely one of the best strenght gains I've heard of so far while on PP!! What will make you retain most of your gains (strenght and size wise) is your training in at least the first month after your cycle. Diet is the most important thing at this point, I've felt like lots of protein are needed in order to retain as much muscle mass and strenght as possible.

You're definitely on the right track, keep it up for the other half you'll be amazed :D

I'd say a maybe gained a bit of fat but nothing exagerrated...I think that with the goals I have, it's better to eat too much (Of good food indeed) while on cycle than not enough...

Before getting out of bed this morning, my stomach seemed a bit upset (cramped and a bit painful...Problem digesting)...That normally doesn't happens and I didn't eat anything special before going to bed, so that's maybe the first occurance of my liver being overworked too much :D

That was actually the first non-so-good workout but It wasn't PP related...It's just that I harmed my right knee on my second set of squat...So quads were pretty much out of the game since it was painful to leg presses 200 pounds...Didn't want to push it :(

Nothing really special besides that, that was a smooth workout :(

Well, well, well...today was the usual sh1zn1t lol....Mad strenght gains, weight gain and getting bigger ;)

I was yet again amazed at the strenght I'm gaining...If I use a weight I used last power week, I lift it like a warmup weight since it's so ridiculously easy...

I've hit the 190 pounds mark (I must admit I weighted myself after taking a shake in the morning though)...So It would put me at a 15.5 pounds gain since the beginning :eek:

I've also ordered my ATD Tonight (I didn't already have it in stock as opposed to my nolva)...If it's not there by monday in 2 weeks, I'll extend my cycle a bit until I get it...No big deal since I'm not experiencing sides...

This cycle is sick...I'm responding extremely good to this compound...And It's not placebo...I'm still using perfect form in my exercices...I don't use a smaller ROM to gives me good conscience about getting stronger ;)

If the gains continue like this and I see the possibility to get to 200, I will maybe push it to 5 weeks as long as I stay sides free....

I have one think to ask. Can you explain this training program in more detail. It sounds very interesting and am possibly considering using it in the near future since I've been using the same one for awhile and would like to switch it up to something I've never tried before. Thanks.

Thanks you sir, I'm doing my best to have a useful for others log :)

This program is seperated in 3 specific weeks... Power, Rep range and Shock week

Power week is essentially compound moves being executed in 4-6 reps range

Rep range week normally worked in the 7-15 range...I do a compound in 7-9 range first, then a semi-compound (Like Machine Military Press) or an isolation move in a 10-12 range, then I finally finish with another semi-compound or isolation in the 13-15 range...You can do more than 3 exercices though (AND BY THE WAY, SEMI-COMPOUND IS JUST A TERM I JUST INVENTED LOL)

Shock Week is essentially the mad pump week...I start with a compound in the 8-10 reps range and superset it with an isolation move in the same reps range...Then I normally do another of those supersets and move to another intensity technique for the last exercice (Normally dropset)

I'm currently thinking about bumping the dosage to 37.5 mg ED for next week (and until I get my atd)...Thinking it could be good since I have like zero side effects....Good idea or overkill ?

In all honestly though, I'd stay at 30mg for the remaining of the cycle. I don't see why you should bump the dosage since you're still gaining pretty well, but I also know that we're always tempted to take more...

Anyway, whatever you decide, best of luck for the last week and don't forget, you have plenty of time to grow ahead of you, no need to rush into your first cycle man.

THIRD WEEK MARK THOUGHTS[/size]​


Gained another 3 pounds this week, meaning I've gained 14.5 pounds since the beginning...Weight gains have now slowed, but every pound gained at the moment is really evident since it's surely muscle/quality mass and not water anymore...

Strenght gains are still being phenomenal, ridiculous, beyond possible, I still can't believe it... :D

Since I'm at home for summer (in college during the rest of the year), my parents are seeing me daily...My mom was kinda angry yesterday since she saw me shirtless in the house and told me I've gained a lot of mass lately in the last month and especially in the last week...She asked me what the hell I was taking :D...Good to know it's noticeable even for somebody seeing me daily :eek:

Back pumps are seriously painful at job though...I'm also starting to get some heartburns when I'm eating something fat, so my liver is probably starting to be affected a bit...I also have a strange feeling in the heart sometimes, like I'm feeling air going through it...No real heart issues in my family so I'm not really worried, and I've also read a thread about Pheraplex and the heart, with people getting similar side effects...

Seriously, I don't even how the gains I'm doing are even physically possible...It probably explains why my joints are hurting like hell at the moment, looks like they don't want to follow the muscles's progress :D

Get this...I've putted 20-25 more pounds on my incline bench and pumped more reps on every sets than 3 weeks ago....10-15 pounds and about 3-4 more reps on flat bench... It's simply ridiculous and awesome at the same time :D

Back pumps were hell at job today though...Yesterday too...It's seriously awful...I should take some taurine before going to work

Great job man. Phera did the same for me but not as much weight. People were trippin out on how much bigger i looked i got comments all the time. And strength gains increased every workout.
 
How are you dosing your Phera throughout the day? I'm curious, because I've been dosing 20mg AM and then since I upped the dosage to 30 mg this week I was splitting between AM and PM. I've been told however, some people like to spread it out throughout the day. Just curious how you've been taking it since you're getting great results.

well i think hes taking a different supplent of Phera number 1.

and number 2 i have been taking mine around noon and midnight for 20mg

30mg would be around noon around workout time aka 4-8 and then before bed 12-3

Thanks a lot :)...Strenght gains are always not too bad for me (even when I'm not on PH), but with the addition of them, they are ridiculous. I normally have trouble gaining quality mass even at 5000 calories/400+g proteins ED, but those products seems to solve the problem right now :p

I lost only a few pounds after cycle...I kept gaining in strength when i was in PCT too. Alot of people keep the gains made from Phera but you could have put on alot of water. If you keep diet and training good youll be fine. Some will suggest to drop the weights in PCT or keep them the same, im still up in the air about this one.

Concerning your joint issues, I've used 3 cissus products over the past 4 or 5 months and the best is USP SuperCissusRX. It worked even better when I added a few grams of fish oil throughout the day.

Your post cycle therapy outline is very well devised with a serm, ai, natty test booster, and cort control. Also don't feel like you are the only one having difficulty choosing an ai. The AI debate on post cycle therapy is probably the MOST COMMON contoversies when planning cycles.

In my experience, I got absolutely NOTHING from JW and BAM and would NOT recommend either of them in post cycle therapy. I have read about the JW controversy and dislike the product for it's inneffectiveness, rather than it's chemical structure. Same goes for BAM. There seems to be a ton of hype behind these products and I'm not sure why :think:

Just a heads up: after sifting through logs, it seems as if everyone who has libido issues in post cycle therapy is using ATD. You may want to reconsider the suggestion to use 6-oxo. Serm + 6-oxo + retain (as you already had planned) would make an excellent post cycle therapy.

Logging is hard work but beneficial for everyone. Keep up the good work.

As for the gains, I'm glad to hear I'm normally gonna keep most of time. I've planned to use the same poundage as I used during the cycle while on PCT for my joints and to see If I'm still able to push the same weight.

As for mass, I'm aware I've gained a lot of water and that I will lose it post-cycle.

This is a great log man. I have read through tons of phera plex logs on a bunch of sites and this one takes the cake as far as phera logs go. You have been very thorough and your results have been amazing!

Probably gonna run the ATD @ 75/50/50/25. I bought SNS Inhibit-E. I will also throw in Bad ass mass for appetite and Retain 2 For cortisol inhibition. I will run both at recommended dosage. I'll keep ya informed on the libido !

I read an article that talked about DELAYED gyno that occurs even after a solid pct. What happens is that after stopping your AI, estrogen rebounds and gyno occurs. So to combat this possibility, you taper your AI after ramping as you have planned.

Inhibit-e has 90 caps so you could run it something like this: 1/2/3/3/2/1 for 6 weeks to prevent the estrogen rebound. IF libido takes a hit (which it very well could with the ATD), just back off your dosage slightly. Libido usually returns quickly when the ATD is finished (ATD is fantastic at preventing gyno, and a TEMPORARY loss of libido is a small price to pay)

Just for your information, BAM did NOTHING for my libido. In fact, it dropped slightly while on it.

Seems like a solid ATD plan, I'll follows it (Received my ATD this morning). I'll start PCT at the end of the week for sure. I'm mad lethargic at the moment...

My muscles are still strong as hell but my joints are seriously not following anymore at all. I had a really bad night of sleep yesterday because of my awesome chest workout since I though my shoulders would explode :eek:... The lethargy is also pretty bad at the moment, seems I'm always tired. Every good thing has an end, and I will end it at the end of the week.

Didn't do squat since I forgot my shorts and I knew my knees wouldn't follow anyway.

I must add I'm getting mad acne in my face at the moment (really noticeable) and that the lethargy is kinda sick...I'm also REALLY irritable/agressive.

Mad workout again! Mad increase in strenght on every lift while keeping good form :)...Also re-maxed on deadlift: 505 pounds...With much more ease than at 500 two weeks ago.

Tomorrow will be the last day of the cycle. My joints aren't following anymore and I'll be short on support supplements excepting milk thistle and hawthorn berries so I won't push it for another week (I have my atd on hand anyway now)
