Observations: Got my White Flood and Green Magnitude, Haven't taken Green Magnitude in several months and haven't taken the Flood in a month. I like Clearshot for pure unadulterated energy and endurance, but I love the pumps White Flood gives me. I hate the shortness of breath white flood brings on however, its the GABA that it contains, gives me an instant anxiety attack. I build a resistance to it over time but its been a month and today it was severe. My workout today felt good and my injury only nagged me during curls. Still cannot do free standing curls and that pisses me off as it is my all time favorite exercise. Other than that I felt great, I had a killer lat pump and my biceps were pumped and swollen as hell. They looked like a couple of country hams hanging off my shoulders. If only they could stay like that ....Dammit!!!

I get sick pumps even with no carbs but I so hate it when they go away. I am glad you checked into that stuff. For the record, I'd pretty much steer clear from anything they put out. Pat caused them to have a huge recall after analyzing one of their products. Anyhoo. Yeah GABA causes that in only us lucky few, my brother my girlfriend no issues. Me crushing and dude sometimes downright scarey shortness of breath. A couple of times when I was taking straight GABA I was afraid I wasn't gonna make it. Still I continued to take it, the crazy Truth lol

Observations:
Workout day off, legs still hurting from leg day, Injury still hurting from back and bi's the Painful Truth....getting old sux, but hey, I guess it beats the alternatives. Have gotten away from the core of this log, ursobolic and its results. My legs have come up a lot. I have concentrated on them since my injury. In just a few short weeks they are more cut and larger. I foisted a theory concerning Ursobolic in an earlier post. That high volume traumatic workouts, the ones that induce growth hormone release and in so doing cause and increase in IGF make the most of Ursobolics IGF expression enhancement. Thus far everybody part I have chosen to target with increased volume has experienced almost immediate growth. I am going to do a little experiment. I already to a load of tricep volume, I am going to do more and see what happens. Would like to do it with biceps but injury prevents. Elbows are better so tri's are a prime candidate. Hope this proves out
 
Just throwing this out there, I've had excellent results with Ursobolic to this point as have others, but there have been a few reported non responders. I have always done a fair amount of volume on squats about the same time as starting urso, I really increased my squat volume, actually volume overall. I know I have seen studies that state that High volume squats trigger a huge hgh release and subsequently raise IGF levels. Since Ursobolic acts through IGF expression I think it would it be reasonable to extrapolate that these high volume workouts would increase the effectiveness and results of Ursobolic? And perhaps some that are not responding as well are not working out in such a way as to get the HGH pulse that high volume squats produces? Just thinking out loud. Just curious if Concrete is a fan of the high volume, trying to find a common denominator

I dunno how much I focus on the high volume. I do but I mainly mix things up too - I'm chasing big weights and strong pumps :)
I usually start with heavy 5sets x 5reps, then go for 4sets x 8reps and finish off with 3sets of 12,10,8reps (1 set = 12reps, 15sec break, 10reps, 15sec break, 8reps, 1minute break before next set.) (1min break between all sets)

I would say there is plenty of volume in there for me :thumbsup:

with your short rest periods between sets counts as high volume, still hope more subscribers respond so I can see if there is a trend. Also non responders if you would respond and let me know what type of workouts you are doing. I need to see both sides of the coin
 
Off topic training question:

I know pullovers are for back/ribcage/lower chest area... I also really feel them in my abs too! ..that pulling back motion stretches them out hard! I'm a little worried I'm taking away from my actual ab training by doing pullovers and abs on the same day or doing pullovers the day after Ab work is done.. Comments/thoughts/advice?

Observations: The pain in the back of my tricep/shoulder is not going away. If it is not gone is a week may have to seek out a good sports medicine physician. The Truth is tired of being held back, The Truth yearns to be set free. I want to push hard, to exceed my prior best, milling around in mediocrity sux!!

Quick tip, I don't know if you have Roly Polies where you are , they are also called pill bugs, when you do you ab bench crunches pretend you are a pill bug, try to roll into a bal(you won't be able to of course) instead of coming straight up. Do this very slow and controlled. Trust me you will feel the burn:bigok:

Observations:

I am periodizing my workouts not alternating light and heavy. In hopes of healing old injuries and and avoiding new ones. My legs were still sore from the last leg workout which was killer. I still got a great quad pump. and even though it was lighter there were plenty of reps and took them low so the legs are burning. I have been low carbing so my energy levels are low that being said I am calling it quits early tonite. I need my sleep :)

and for you mr truth, are you still dosing 9 caps per day urso?? ive learned of many dosing protocols wonder if more than 9 will enhance effects??

I actually didint dose them together. My friend is dosing the urso solo now. He has never used AB. I used AB during my PCT in July. Didnt like it much. Ill be dosing urso at 12 caps a day in my Mdrol cycle to help lipid profile... I will update later when my friend comments on how he likes Urso alone vs. with slim FX.
 
Due to unforeseen budget restraints, I have dropped urso for the remainder of the month.. Sticking with anabeta n erase. Will keep close track of effects, if any, and keep all updated. Have 2.5 bottle left and will resume at 9/day on Jan 1 for the month then reassess future usage.

Funny but when i stacked anabeta w erase i kinda felt holdin water too dont know whay as its suppossed to make you drier. when i stopped the erase, the anabeta blew more in effects and i was feeling tighter yet fuller at the same standard 4 caps dose. Matter of fact, i flew by a anabeta urso combo but dosed 6 anabeta and just the standard 9 caps urso, and wow it was the best stack ive ever tried to date. Unfortunatelly i had to stop it due to a rc shoulder pain that i got recently. Oh well.

So thats why i m so interested in the urso, nex time i might jump to 18 urso 6 anabeta and im expecting great things. But so far there seems to be mixed indo on urso as far as dosing. Seems like 9 vs 18+ doesnt do much so far.

Interesting erase made you retain water. Erase dries me up a whole lot. Like crazy dry. So for you 18 seems to be the best dose? I mean you said you doses it at 9 but were there times where you hit 18 caps and noticed a big difference? If so what were they?

Strange erase bloate me the first 2 or so weeks then the last 6 r like shrink wrap!! I'm stacking with AB right now as well.. Currently holdin water but I can feel it starting to subside.. Cruise leaves Xmas day.. Better hurry up!

Going well so far, have been eating much krap this week My girl is in town and I haven't seen her in months so I've been.....how can I put this nicely...very very very busy ;) will try to chronicle my past workouts fully when I come up for air next time :evil:

Due to tight budget for the holidays, I had to do without Ursobolic.....You know how they say you don't really know how much you miss something until its gone? Granted my injury has kept me side lined, but without my Urso I am sad to report that my six pack went on vacation. I have lovehandles ... the works. Ordering more tonite and will sadly post my current fat pics on my thread tonite as well, So I've tested urso as and aid to eat more while staying lean and tested what eating more without it can do, now I can test it the way you all were asking in the first place in a straight on cut.

E-PHARM booth and hope as many of you as can will roll out and say "hello". I was going to post pics but in all honesty was very lazy and haven't taken them as of yet. Yep 1200 long miles, but she's well worth it. We've been doing this for almost 3 years. We talk a lot and Skype is nice so at least we can see each other. You know how people talk about their other half? Not trying to be mush or anything but she truly is the other half of me. We have so much in common including the working out. We text call and e-mail each other at the exact same instant often we are close thought we are far apart. Thank God it won't be forever, she is moving down it the summer. Oh and congrats on the rep status, knew that wouldn't take long

Glad to hear all the news and updates. 2012 definitely sounds very promising for many of us on Many fronts!

My cruise was a blast. I enjoyed it thoroughly, I reached my cut goals prior to it and was able to enjoy and get lots of nice topless pics! Some with dolphins too lol! Definitely binges twice on holiday cookies when I got back tho, however they're all gone now and I HATED the lethargy after doing it, so I can safely say I do not look forward to the junk food binges anymore I they will be few and far between!

Ps- rep status coming here soon as well .. Don't think I can tell for who though! :-x

We know you'll do amazing brotha. You have what it takes and i have witnessed you dedication and dicipline during this log. I feel you on that injury, just recently got better from a trap/shoulder pull, it really screwed out my workouts for almost a month but im gettin better and almost healed. Btw, i superdosed cissus at 6 caps a day and seemed to accelerated the healling, maybe you should give it a go, i got a few bottles of it for 19 bucks at the new year sale at nutra. Im not a fan of usp labs but i must say their cissus is better than anything out there, even primaforce cissus cant beat it. Maybe they do have some great extract after all, just a thought, but the stuff did the trick for me.

Hope you get better regardless and i'll be following in. I know your gonna be killing it so good luck.

We know you'll do amazing brotha. You have what it takes and i have witnessed you dedication and dicipline during this log. I feel you on that injury, just recently got better from a trap/shoulder pull, it really screwed out my workouts for almost a month but im gettin better and almost healed. Btw, i superdosed cissus at 6 caps a day and seemed to accelerated the healling, maybe you should give it a go, i got a few bottles of it for 19 bucks at the new year sale at nutra. Im not a fan of usp labs but i must say their cissus is better than anything out there, even primaforce cissus cant beat it. Maybe they do have some great extract after all, just a thought, but the stuff did the trick for me.

Thanks for the vote of confidence. I am mentally preparing for the next two months....I am totally going to kill it or die trying. I will try to post up my new pudgy pics for inspiration this evening. Today is leg day. A good day to re dedicate my workout are going to start out slow this week but by next week it will be brutality.

1 cup 2%milk
1/2 cup natty peanut butter

Observations:

Ok the brutality has already begun. When I said I was starting slow legs were not technically included as they are not injured. I think that the month off definitely did me some good. I knew it was going to be a good work out when 225 felt like paper. I felt good through out the workout. 315 felt the best it had in a while, on the fourth set I decided to take it to failure, I was shocked that I got 10 so easily, could have gotten maybe one or two more but since it was the first leg workout in a while. A good start to my march to the Arnold, pics tomorrow for sure. Tomorrow back and bi's if it goes nearly so well as today I'll be very happy. :01:

Looks like things are shaping up eh? Cant wait to see what your physique looks like in a month for the Arnold.
 
Pain in tri

Palms up, I've had a complete Bicep tendon rupture, remind me to tell that story, this pain is in the back where the tricep inserts under the delt and the pain radiated down the tricep, I did tons of pressing today and absolutely no aggravations, I pronate my hand and pick up a frying pan and OUCH! In the back of my arm it makes no sense.

It sounds crazy but I had the same type of pain. I went to doc and found ut that it was from carple tunnel it radiates up the nerves of th arm and causes these pains when you pronate your hand etc. Maybe!!!!!!
