I don't know what it is. I shaved my head at the behest of my then GF because my hair was really thinning. I love my head bald. I had noticed in the past that the thinning spots when you ran your hands over them did not feel stubbly. Now the thin spots are fuzzier than before, so much so that I may grow my hair back a bit just to see. Wouldn't that be a Windfall for Mr. Arnold?

One of my considerations for purchasing a long cycle was Ursolic acids immune boosting properties. Not getting sick or shortening sickness is important to me with cold season coming up.

Ill tell you I was sick very shortly ago and recovered in 3 days which was dramatic progress imo, and I kept my Ursolic acid supplementation going.

I think they are investigating or using Ursolic acid on AIDS patients.

For me the liver protection and the anti carcinogenic aspect. Liver trouble and prostate cancer run in my family. I'll be on this stuff for the long hall
 
the health benefit of UA that most interests me is.........less fat more muscle :)

Truth suggestion, why dont you go strictly back to a regular maintenence diet not enough to gain or loose, keep all else the same and see if ursobolic shifts any fat for you whilst strictly on maintenence food

I dunno, I'm having too much fun running it like this, two people at work told me I looked leaner, I feel bigger. Hmmm..... off to the gym for Back and Bi's
 
I'm running it on a maintenance diet. That's the way I run all fat loss products.
I like to challenge the status quo :)
 
DAY 21 THREE WEEKS IN

Took 3 caps 3 times over the course of the day

Nutrition:

Breakfast:

4 whole eggs
40 7 grain cereal
8 oz V-8 juice
1 cup whole milk



Mid Morning:

50 Grams Whey Protein
35 Grams Almonds
1 apple


Afternoon:
50 grams Whey Protein
43grams Peanuts


Pre Workout:
White Flood
Purple Wraath

Post Workout
50 Grams of whey protein
40 grams oat starch
Dinner:

300 grams grilled ground tilapia
200 grams Beans with tomatoes carrots onions celery and olive oil (Plaki, a Greek dish and a Staple in my diet)
1 cup cooked broccoli


Pre Bed:
1 cup fiber one and 1 cup whole milk

Workout:

Today was back and bi's. Trained at the gym, what a bunch of inconsiderate F'tards Should have worked out at home.

Unassisted chins 1 x 24 1x22 1x16 1 x14 4 x 8 Brought the volume down but intensity up. Seated pulldowns 120 for sets of twenty, again on any cable and pulley system unless you know the ratios and physics you have no clue how much you are really moving, did five sets and on the 3rd 4th 20 was killing me on set 5 lost focus and only managed 15 . Had an good lat pump. Underhanded bent over rows four sets with 160 for sets of 20 when possible sets three and four was only able to get 15's. Did five sets of cable low rows with a heavy weight for 15

Bis - Curls with curl bar 2 45's 5 sets of 8, OUCH!!!! Then plate loaded preacher machine 2 45's and a 10 same weight 6 sets of 8 and that was all I could manage My bis were pumped

Last hi rep day for a while

Observations:Today at work it was comment how lean I was becoming, this made me smile as I am eating a lot more. It has been suggested that I move back down to maintenance and see what happens? Why? Why don't you like me?? Why do you want me to suffer lol. Seriously I think I posted that I was going to do that ...... next week :)

I would do 8 weeks if erase or tz n add the ursobolic on my last 4 weeks...

Yes it can, in fact I am running Erase with the Urso right now as well as pink magic and anabeta...

Great log here Truth. Been keeping up the past couple weeks, extremely interested in seeing your end results! Especially since I'm only on day 3 myself. Love the back workout btw, I actually did a similar one yesterday.

Ursobolic shoud stack well as it works by a totally different mechanism. As far as length of time I do not think four weeks is a waste as I am experiencing results at 3 but I do think 8 would be better
 
me to, most accurate way i think eat maintenence keep all else the same and access effects of new supp
thats how i would do it.
Ok I am testing a different way, eating above maintenance with not weight or fat gain is an accurate way to gauge its all relative

Thanks man, I'm eating way above maintenance and not gained weight nor fat. I am going to back calories down a tad and see how lean I get. On the workout Back and bi's are my fave:) Thanks for following along
 
From what I've read UA has poor bioavailability it therefore must be taken with a certain amount of fat to enhance absorption. I'm wondering if these folks taking 18 tabs and upwards per day are eating enough fat to maximize effectiveness?

I am thinking not. I do not restrict fats at all, I restrict carbs I eat whole eggs drink half and half in my coffee use tone of natty peanut butter and olive oil. I think this is why I've responded so well. I've never had the burp cloud of undissolved powder that so many have reported so I can only assume mine is dissolving in all the fat.

Yes.. If u limit carbs you cannot limit fat IMO or else you're screwed! Fat+proteins = lean n strong.

So I'm getting mixed reviews on ursobolic+tz or ursobolic+erase or ursobolic+ ebol!!

PA said (perhaps jokingly) I would die... Obv not but i couldn't get a clear read on if he was serious to not stak or stack...

I've heard a minimum of three, I think more is better looks like you are totally good
 
Truth - how much natty peanut butter you consume a day?
more than I log I am afraid lol I eat it by the spoonful and probably should keep a tick sheet on it best guess 2lbs a week sometime more and I am being completely serious

35 grams corn grits with 1 tbsp butter(that's right Grits Dammit!, I'm from the South...coarse ground locally and fresh butter too it make the Ursobolic soak in)
8 oz V8
1 cup 2% milk, they were out of whole milk :(

10 cups of coffee and a cup of half and half maybe more

Mid Morning:

11grams monosaturated fat(the good kind)

Today was my work out day off.

Observations: I look thicker in the mirror and I feel more dense. Its a hard feeling to describe, it feels like my muscles are very full. I still have little appetite during the day and a monstrous one at night. Not sure the logic behind that. I am getting a lot of unsolicited comments and compliments when I am out and about. I think that rules out placebo effect. Unless the placebo effect has made me more confident there for appearing bigger ....lol not. I have been goaded my my one detractor to drop down to maintenance. Any fat burner should work at maintenance. I will cut back a bit though I am never hungry at the level I am eating now. I may cut back until I am hungry once and a while and note the results. Thanks to all that are subscribed and a special thanks to all those that post and ask questions. I'll answer everything I can and you'll never get less than the "Truth" :)

Sorry about that it'll be worth the wait. So are you originally from Japan. I've always wanted to visit but I think I'd be claustrophobic living there. What is the availability of Supps there I Know from a friend in Australia that they are very oppressive and a lot of supps are not legal there. Is it the same in Japan?

I'm from Hawaii. I'm here on work. Customs is a pain. And really odd. I ordered around 3 cycles of phs and it came through fine, ordered a serm fine. Ordered two bottles of erase, confiscated... And I was also taxed heavily on everything that came through. But the past year or so nothing. I'm really worried I'm gonna get this huge bill when I leave for home...
Everything is small, I can't fit shoes, clothes, refridge is small, bath is a joke, most bathrooms are small.... Food is a pain in the @ss. But I'm going back home in July of 2012 so it's not that bad lol.

You need at least 3 grams of fat. I know that CLA is a fatty acid but I am not sure if in this case it'd be enough but certainly not at the amount you suggested. Natty peanut butter is the way to go or a tablespoon of olive oil.

Gonna get this but i aint waiting for UK to get it gotta order from the US, not sure how to dose it min or max dosage.

diets low in fat so bit concerned about its absorption i hear it needs 3g minimum, but does it need to be taken with added fats such as an oil, or does the type of fat not matter and the fat in a meal (meat and the fat in the carbs) be ok as long as its more than a few grams?
 
I take with natty peanut butter and 1 g of fish oil. I'm still burping smoke ever since I went to 18 a day. Ha

yup... but now im on to getting bigger ... so its even harder lol.

I take pills first if I'm just using oil, if I'm eating a fatty meal I take pills last and wash down with coffee with half and half. Its working so I'm makin this the official "Truth" protocol
