Today I was working and met with a trt \ hrt doctor and I was talking to him about my goals and love for bodybuilding. He said he use to work for cenegenics and then branched out and started his own company with their help. I asked him more regaurding the process and it led to us having an hour long discussion over anabolics and what he could provide for me. Basically it led to him saying whatever my goals he would help and give me practically anything I wanted. However his company does not take insurance and there is an initial $1950 payment for blood panels and to get started. I don't have to meet with him every week and I do injections at my own house with him sending me my products. We started discussing 10 week cycles of test and deca running me about 515 a cycle which I don't feel is too terrible however what's your guys view point on this I have never met with an endo so this is all new to me

That isn't too bad of a level for either, but are you sure you've reached a plateau that you need those to grow on?

A real endo needs medical reason to prescribe that stuff, what would his reason be? (ie. low test levels) and I've heard an endo rarely prescribes deca...just sounds kinda fishy to me.

ohhh manbeast why do you have to be so right all the time? I have been working out for over 2 to 3 years and I know it takes time and people respond differently. I have ran a few cycles of ph products and I just feel like injectables are much safer especially under a doctors supervision. The only time I respond to anything is when I'm using a pro hormone no matter how good my diet is. I don't know if I naturally just have low t or if the genetics in my family are not allowing me to respond as I should to weight training. My father is 5 foot 6 and no muscle and my mother is 5 foot 5 and all my sisters and relatives are smaller than me I just don't know how much more I will be able to grow natty. I stayed 170 for a year even with a great diet

Well he has his own "wellness clinic" we chated a lot and he said he works with a lot of bodybuilders who are interested in getting to that next level in sport

TRT is testosterone replacement therapy. A true practitioner would never prescribe deca for testosterone replacement therapy.

His company does not take insurance. Sounds like someone wants to fly under the AMA radar for both testing and prescribing. My guess is he'll sell you the anabolics himself so you can take them home for self injection. This is not on the up 'n up.

Something is shady there; it may be fine but I read about docs like that getting busted often. The real question is do you qualify and what does a real endo say? If you are in a big city, surely you can find a good one who does TRT.

Yea that's basically it. What do you think about that?

I'm from a very small town and doubt any doc here would prescribe me anything. I just so happened to meet this guy at my club his office is in florida

Its the way anti-aging clinics do it. You have to get bloodwork through them, and all prescriptions are filled through their compounding pharmacies. I think they reason its done that way is so that the compounding pharmacy can order 100 pounds (as an example) of testosterone powder, etc and the reporting back to the FDA is different than if they were ordering vials from Schering or one of the other pharmaceutical companies. I'm not positive thats why though, but it would make sense.

It would be real pharmaceutical grade product though, thats the only plus. And in the end you couldn't be prosecuted for anything related to it as you'd have the prescription from the doctor. I used to use an antiaging clinic at first when I started TRT and it boggled me that they could sell winny caps, but as an off label use its valuable for dropping SHBG....

What did you think about going that route? That is exactly what this is and I want to be safe under a doctor one to be safe 2 to not get busted for controlled substance how much were your initial startup fees and blood panels through the clinic u used? Did what they prescribe to you work well

Hmm the one I used was only around $400 for bloods + startup, then for 3 months of testosterone at 300mg/wk it was $110 per each of 2 vials of testosterone plus a forced $110 on a vial of HCG (they don't prescribe testosterone without HCG). Adding deca at 200/wk would have been $195/vial. Growth hormone for $20 an iu (man is that crazy).

If I was wanting to start injections would this be a good route?

its better than the far more usual

* no pre cycle blood tests
* underground steroids with wildly varying strength (and sometimes ingredients)
* no post cycle blood tests
* PCT of research chems with wildly varying strength (and sometimes ingredients)

But i'd still think you can get another year or two out before doing it. Fast gains generally are lost fast, and if you are having a hard time gaining more naturally you'll have a hard time maintaining what's gained unnaturally.

Look around on this board at people logging some of the over the counter steroids,, like superdrol clones for instance. They put on 15, 18, 20lbs in a month. Then look through their history here on the board. You'll see that a lot of them do a cycle like that a couple times a year, and if you look at their stats from 2 years ago they aren't that much different than today. So just a word of caution over jumping in, because although not physically addictive, using steroids is very often emotionally addictive.

Thanks man that's solid advice. I'm on my pct off sd right now and still up over 20 lbs I just know how hard it is on my liver and injections I feel would be much safer and under a doctors supervision I would feel better. I suffer a lot of symptoms for low t in fact every test online I had every symptom. I know tis isn't an actual panel or way to tell true test levels but just from symptoms I have read sounds like me.
