TRT / Kisspeptin

What’s up anabolic minds?

Recently prescribed by Endo for Test Cypionate, Kisspeptin and Anazstrole.

I have done some reading about others and it seems most of them are saying they have HCG to go along with test. So my question is, has anyone had trt with Kisspeptin and what are the potential drawbacks compared with HCG or gonadoralin in your experience.

Also, has anyone anyone came off of it with the help of SERM to try to restart back to where they were without any issues similar to coming off of a cycle?

Also interested, hope someone has some experience with this. Would be interesting to see if it could be better.

Thanks for the bump. I was hoping that there would be a lot of people who have had some experience and give their 2 cents but I haven't gotten any replies. Hopefully this is the start of something new. I believe some pharmacies had a hard time getting HCG for a while and Docs started prescribing Kisspeptin.

Honestly, I don't think I've researched it much.....
Put "Kisspeptin" in our Search function (and Don't check The "Search Titles Only box).

the thing about HCG for cycle assist that I'm curious about is if it impacts LH production after you come off. depending on the compounds and dose, you may not be fully shut down. I think it's something like 50% of people on 100mg test will shut down fully. I would guess for those that don't fully shut down, HCG might be bad to use for long periods of time if you ever plan to use your natural LH again

and scammer Derek just put out a good video where gorilla chemist explains recovering from full rough shut down to have kids again. took him 11 months. he said HCG and chlomid didn't work. he had to use FSH too. which is essentially HMG (HMG is FSH and LH). I would do enclomiphine instead of chlomid but most doctors probably won't give you enclomiphine.

How did it go? about to order kisspeptin as well. some say it might not be strong enough to stop all shutdown. some seem to like it more then hcg tho

I'm super interested in this as well. I'm on Trt, and have always done 1-2 month long cycles of HCG just to give some life to my nuts and to make sure I never went that long in shutdown. Kind of like starting the engine of a car that's just sitting in my driveway lol.

Kisspeptin seems like a more natural (maybe better) way of doing this, since it works further upstream. From what I understand, Kisspeptin stimulates the release of GnRH, which then stimulates LH/FSH. HCG acts as synthetic LH. So, HCG is probably more potent since mg for mg it's hitting your system harder, but Kisspeptin or Gonadorelin "wake up" the other half of your HTPA axis, by getting your brain and pituitary gland working (where HCG does not, since it mimics what they would be producing).

I already have kisspeptin-10 and I'm going to use it. I'm mostly looking for any insight on those who have, and what they think of it compared to HCG. Interested in how it affects testicular atrophy, libido, etc. Also very interested in dosing. I always did HCG at like 300iu x2 per week. It looks like people are using kisspeptin at 100-200mcg (.1-.2mg) daily. I'd probably run it for the life of the 10mg bottle.

Any input welcomed!

i also find kisspeptin interesting. i was reading up on it a few years back and it seems to be one the major factors for onset and progression of puberty. i am curious to see your results, hope you can post some labwork while using this substance and get an LH and FSH level

I just can't get over the lack of personal experience thats NOT available anywhere. I've searched through almost every forum, and in total theres like less than 10 personal accounts of people's experience with it- and most are short one sentence mentions.

I'm going to post my full thoughts on it, but unfortunately I wont be posting labs. While the actual hormone levels and "black and white" data is awesome, it's just not something I can do atm. I'm mostly interested in how it affects me while on TRT. Mood, sex drive, testicular atrophy... really comparing it to HCG used in the same way. It seems like a more complete/better version of HCG, although there are some interesting articles on it and how it may not be as "perfect" as in reality as it seems on paper- at least for my application.

So far im on day 4 of subQ pinning 200mcg a night. I'll type up a report after 2 weeks and update it weekly. We have to start getting some user reports out there for this!

Before and after photo's of testicles required for any credibility.

Of course man, without bloods I would never leave you guys questioning the results here. I can post a sneak peak of the before's if anyone wants to validate the study before following it...

It’s really no way of telling if it’s better than HCG or anything else for that matter if you don’t do bloodwork and a sperm test. If you “feel” better it’s great for you but no real benefit to anyone else, might not be even for you either.

@justeat - please post a pic of a dixie cup filled with your jism.

Of course. I already have it so I'm really just seeing how it goes. The idea of something that activates the HTPA axis further upstream is attractive, although for certain purposes I think HCG might still be more direct and more worthwhile. I'm on TRT so I do a 4-6 week cycle of HCG twice a year. I'm just trying kisspeptin to see how I fare in general.

Why 4-6 week of HCG 2x yr? You do understand that that’s make no sense??

I am on TRT, and have been for years. I have no interest in long term use... I'd consider using for longer term if I was trying to have a kid, which Im not. It started with using a short burst of HCG on and off to keep testicular atrophy at bay. I also wanted to lessen the lengths of time where the TRT was preventing my HTPA axis from working- so spurring "part" of it up with HCG was a way to do this. The idea being, if I ever wanted to come off TRT, or try to have a kid, it wouldnt be years since I tried to jumpstart my system. I also didn't like the idea of steady long term HCG use for its possible desensitization problems- essentially, I saw no reason to benefit from continued use. The 4-6 week length of cycle is simply what a bottle would provide using it at 250-500iu a few times a week.

I'm trying kisspeptin this time for several reasons, one of which is its method of action. On paper (at least) it seems to possibly be a better candidate for what I'm doing, by jumpstarting the entire process instead of simply introducing a synthetic LH.

So, it makes pretty good sense to me because I'm not sure what my future holds in terms of my need to be fertile.

4-6 weeks is not long enough for you be able to restart yourself. Obviously you do as you want but what you think is a great idea is completely pointless, but that seems to be a trend with your “experiments”.

Btw, I have restarted myself from being shutdown with zero sperm.
