Has alone heard of this company ? If so do you think it works and will lower hematocrit ?

I was on a facebook trt forum and someone there recommended it

It can, but make sure you keep hydrated and I would recommend adding in Nattokinase. It is excellent for viscosity and overall circulatory help.

Ok thanks so this and add in Nattokinase? At how many mg do you recommend ?

Thanks

Nattokinase pills (usually either 90mg or 100 mg) provide 2,000 fibrinolytic units.

1 or 2 pills is most common, with many starting at 1 pill.

I buy it in bulk powder.

Also, consider the MK4 and MK7 amounts in Nattokinase. It is generally believed that MK-4 does not contribute to the vitamin K status as measured by serum vitamin K levels, but MK-7 significantly increases serum MK-7 levels and therefore may be of greater importance.

hemarocrit
Hematocrit or hemoglobin or RBC, especially when high are discussed, and then most often followed by phlebotomy.
Why?
Because polycythemia is assumed.
Why not be happy with all three being high
especially
when
platelets are at normal range.

Platelets[160 K/mcL - 400 K/mcL]

That is to say, think of phlebotomy only if platelets are more than 400 (or even 450)
Otherwise, you may be hurting your self.

Could you explain this more ? I read the article but dont see anywhere it says high hemacrit is ok ? I have always read that hematocrit around 58 your approaching a stroke

My hemoglobin is fine at 16.6
Hematocrit is high at 52.1
Platelet is fine at 218
Also my BP is normal

Not sure what that means at article doesn’t talk about it

Thanks for insight

I can't really say, because I use it most of the time and it has become a staple.

That maybe misconception.
Everybody who says that
makes the assumption that
high HCT, Hgb or high red blood cells are due to polycythemia.

What is stroke?
A stroke happens when the flow of blood is cut off to part of your brain. Most are caused by a clot or something else that blocks the flow.

Platelets help to cloth blood.
High platelets may be the reason why blood cloth happens.

I have seen that discussed by
Dr Jeffrey Ruterbusch
in one of Youtube videos.
TOT Doctors Roundtable with Dr Jeffrey Ruterbusch
I do not remember which one. Subscribe to one video, so you can see some others by him.

The other reason may be calcification of blood vessels. Especially around the heart.
For a $100 (no script) you can get
Agatston Calcium score
and figure out where you stand.
Usually called Coronary CT calcium scan.

Thanks for taking the time to explain. I’ll check out the video and see about testing.

From Wikipedia regarding Hesperidin

As a flavanone found in the rinds of citrus fruits (such as oranges or lemons), hesperidin is under preliminary research for its possible biological properties in vivo. One review did not find evidence that hesperidin affected blood lipid levels or hypertension.[10] Another review found that hesperidin may improve endothelial function in humans, but the overall results were inconclusive.[11]

I would recommend something like Invalid Link Removed while on cycle. The Hawthorn berry especially can help with blood pressure and other blood issues. It also has celery seed extract which is support good for BP and heart health.

Personally, I believe the "concern" over elevated HCT is blown out of proportion. Almost everyone I know that lives here has higher HCT (those that get tested of course) and not one of my doctors or specialists I have been to over the last 10+ years has known of anyone getting a stroke or cardio issues related to this- it is all based on some old studies. Not saying it should run rampant, but certainly not the issue made to be.

Interesting ???

Narinigin has a lot of health benefits as an antioxidant and in reducing inflammation, but like grapefruit needs to be taken in consideration if using some script drugs as it can increase the efficacy.

Personally I will say that I have taken it off and on over the last 10 years primarily to see how much it impacts HCT and the effects have been decent. Generally 1-2 pts, but despite my best efforts to make it a test result I can rely on as the difference maker, the reduction is small enough to not be able to rule out other variables- better hydration, natural fluctuations, etc..

I was amazed when mine dropped 5 point just with being very well hydrated

Just to let everyone who may not know be aware, Narinigin is available as bull powder. I bought mine from Bulk Supplements. Just FYI.
