Trouble loosing wieght

Hey guys having trouble loosing weight, seems i am doing all the right thinks but my fat just doesn't want to go, maybe I'm missing something you guys can help with.

My diet consist of:
8 a.m. breakfast: start off the day with some oat meal, coconut milk and mixed unsalted nuts.
9 a.m. : 2 egg whites and one piece of whole grain toast.
10 a.m. : pre-workout drink(arginine and amino acids), Gym session for either lifting weights or mma class.
12:30 post workout shake: 2 tablespoons peanut butter, 1 cup almond milk, 60g whey isolate, flack seed, 1 banana.
1:30 p.m. : chicken and or steak with some veggies
2 p.m. afternoon nap.
4 p.m. afternoon wake up snack: Brown rice with veggies.
5:30 p.m. pre-training meal: spinach pasta w sauce or brown rice again, or whole grain sandwich.
6:30 p.m. : another gym session of either mma or lifting.
8:30 p.m. : workout shake during training.
9:30 p.m. : training done, post workout shake.
11 p.m. : bed time.

Supplements taking:

Arginine
Amino acids
Whey isolate from protein factory
Prime

I train 5 days a week, 4 days a week of lifting weights, 6-8 sessions of mma class. been eating like this since about September and haven't seen any changes.

Any info would be great thanks.
 
There are a few avenues to achieve your goal. I may be missing something here, but from what you provided doesn't seem to put you out of proportion.

unless i'm missing something here, you take in a tiny amount of protein at 9am, a moderate amount at 130pm and then any other protein is from shakes. Since you don't mention quantities for most of it, its hard to guess how many total calories you are taking in, but overall it looks like an awful lot of carb intake.

yea alot of carbs but the carb intake is only before my workouts, after workouts its all veggies and protien

I don't see water in here at all bro... That could be the problem drink AT LEAST an ounce of water for each pound of weight. At least try to get a gallon in a day. Def. a big key in weight loss
