Hey I know you've all been waiting for my inconsiderate arse to get this started..... So here we go.

I'm 35 and a father of two. Between them and life I feel I am very active. My work at times is very physical and time consuming (you'll hear me whine about it). I try to get to the gym 1st thing in the morning, occasionally I get to hit it on weekends... Most the time my weekends are for the kids.

Today I took my first 4cap preworkout serving and can't wait to see the results in a couple of weeks.

Will post up after workout.

Today was an off day took my Tropinol XP this morning, 2 caps. Just took my second 2 doses and will be taking intimidate tonight before bed. Hopefully so good recovery is I store cause .... I am sore from my calves to my shoulders.

No but I have heard great things... I really missed out on that sale a couple months back, its hard to convince the wife on some products.

I've been wanting to slim down but it's so easy to gain.... I should stop fighting it an keep gaining. After the holidays seems like a goo time to start slimming.

well the really nice thing about forskolin is that its capable of massive nutrient repartitioning. I wouldn't fight it one bit. eat a little extra until your cut.. the forsk will totally help you use the extra calories to increase mass and thwart fat deposits.

thats my plan...usually i hold off until the start of march to slim down, but i'll do a nice recomp in january and february to make the transition easier into the cut...i'm also very close to my goal weight with still a month left so if your happy with your size, then no problems with starting to cut early

walking on treadmill, bidding on a toy for daughter through eBay. Bastards charging triple for a toy because its outta stock. I am a sucker. Wife stressing me out... Got it but not happy about price.

16:20 walking incline only burned 139 cal. Now off to legs.

Couple days off.... Gym time tomorrow.


So far I feel I have been steady growing keeping the weight slowly increasing. I've been only using these two products, no preworkout or creatine. Which I have seen a little decrease in lifting weight, which I'd expect. The stomach issue I will test again tomorrow, only going to take 3 caps. Sleep has been good no negative there.

Was going to hit gym today but had severe indigestion ... It was so bad in my chest I thought I was having a heart attack. Chugged water till I burped and chewed a lemon wedge. I ate some left overs yesterday which I believe was the culprit.

Days off I take two caps Tropinol XP with food upon waking and another two 6-8 hour later.

ive noticed a tiny bit of nausea on empty a time or two myself...
ive been trying to keep up with the 30 burpees for 30 days so I usually do em first thing in the morning. I have cut back to 2 before I do them.
plus.. Id like to keep some ready for the weights.

I love a good sweat in the sauna after a work out.. not sure its a good thing but it sure is relaxing. a nice place to sip on the last of your compete!

It's been a while since I've used compete.

Sorry about not posting I am working nights this week and kinda taking a toll on me. There is no way I am going to gym. I went to work at 845 last night an still haven't gotten to bed.

Very happy with the feelings when using the two products together.

Had some strength gains and was able to keep other PRs gained from previous products. Didn't lose any weight but with the strength retained didn't lose muscle either.

Recovery was nice. I wa able to push myself and not regret it the next day. Did have a back soreness for a few days because I wa able to lift so good weight without realizing I was doin to much. The sleep was helped a lot. Full nights rest without feeling grougy the next morning.

Libido was even better the last two weeks. Wife wasn't having it so there was some built up aggression that was later taken care of in the gym and work.

Over all I would have love a full 8weeks experience and probably will in the next couple months when trying to get thy body beach worthy.

Thanks guys for chance to log this. Seemed to be a nice fit.

thanks for the review, can't wait to start my intimidate tomororw, i'll be using nmda for 8 weeks as a few ppl seemed to think the benefits will only increase
