Triton 2023 Thread

I have 2 bottles on the way. Does Triton have cumulative effects or just short term? Does is effect sleep? How long after application can one shower because I intend to apply an hour before training.
 
ATP is used to fire the muscle. once its used up its gone. it shouldn't effect sleep. wait at least an hour before a shower preferably 2 hours.
