Couldn't really guess at that. I know the probiotics play a role in maintaing healthy gut flora, but sugar OH's primarily cause the bloat and laxative effect because they enter the intestines undigested, and carry with them a hydrophilic property. Hence, they pull a lot of water into the gut which normally results in suprising disharge i.e. the hershey squirts.
That being said, a moderate dose isn't really bad at all. It's when you get carried away and eat 2-3 of those great tasting bars that you wind up regretting later.
