trifecta stack workout

Going to start this stack tomorrow (6-7-2010)

Usually I workout M-W-F 2 body parts each day (6 sets total).

In the handout that comes with the kit, it suggests 1 body part per day (4 sets total) for 5 days straight.

My question is, should I change my workout as per the instructions or just keep it the same?
