Sorry when I said I never worked out my shoulders before I should of rephrased that. In football I injured my AC joint in my shoulder so I would shy away from the arnold press and shoulder press because at times it felt like my shoulder would pop out of place. Yes I do workout my legs but I can't lift heavy weight because I have chronic tendonitis in both knees from high jump in high school. And to answer your question on my age I am 21. I decided to take the stack because I lifted for over a year straight and didn't see much results. Maybe I was lifting wrong or whatever but I always saw everyone see much greater results than I ever did.
Sorry if I posted this in the wrong thread but I was doing a log here for several weeks but then I quit posting because I because disappointed in the results. So the reasoning of posting it here was to give a review, which I felt was okay. I don't see what is the big deal with me taking a PH at my age right now anways. I have a friend that took this same stack when he was in high school and had great results from it, but that was before they changed the formula. He is perfectly fine. But its your opinion and you're probably right. I should of stuck with the creatine and protein.
Thanks for the comments
