tribulis + and maca dosing???

Using these for pct after 4 weeks of fenugreek. What kind of doses should I do and what time of day? All before bed?

I'd spread them throughout the day.

Most everything I have read on Maca states it takes a few weeks to fully see all the benifits, so I am unsure if it would be the best choice in PCT...

thanks but how much do you take??? would 5 maca and 3-4 tribulis plus be too much? not enough?

Double the rec. dose of maca and take what the label says on the trib.
