Dose 3 - 1 cap immediately post-training
Dose 4 - 1 cap either with dinner or pre-bed Non-Training Days

Dose 3 - 1 cap either with dinner or pre-bed
Dose 4 (optional) - if have Dose 3 with dinner, then can have 1 cap pre-bed
