Triangle Stack by AMS (sponsored)

i really dont like to give detailed logs because i dont think everybody, other than very interested vets, will read everything...they just want to know the straight up results to know if they should buy the product(s). this is why my updates are short and to the point. now if any of you would like more info on diet, training, other supplementation then feel free to ask and i will be more than happy to go into detail.

Remember that I dont train on the weekends. also, i will be taking monday OFF to give my body an extra rest day. but i will do mondays training on tuesday, and tuesdays training on wednesday...etc Tues, Wed, Fri, Sat will be my training days next week
 
Chest Tuesday - 8 - 12 rep week

I did all DB work today to change things up. 3 sets incline, 3 sets flat, 3 sets incline fly, 3 sets flat fly. i had the best pump today since day 1 of this stack. energy was like the first time i used it...probably because i took an extra day off.

tomorrow i have a clinical so it will be interesting to see how my strength is after that. i will be doing back tomorrow, same rep. not sure exactly what exercises i will do yet.

So far, everything about this stack is legit except for one thing. The body mortar mixes pretty bad. takes a long time to get all the grains gone. not a big deal at all, just have to shake it longer. i also have a ball in my shaker cup so that helps with the mixing process.

Throw the BM in the freezer. I do that for about 2 hours until slightly frozen, then take it out and by the time I go to lift, it is thawed out and still icy cold and completely mixed.
 
The regular body mortar mixes perfect, but the CF takes a little effort. Though, i've stopped noticing that too much with any product. Still been meaning to try tattoo's freezer method
 
I didnt train yesterday like i was supposed to. i have been sick and have had lots o tests. since i missed back day, i am going to be doing a leg/back day today in about 3 hours or so. will update. gonna put this stack to the test doing two workouts in one
 
Back and Legs Thursday

I put this Pre workout stack to the test today!!!! i did get tired after four sets of squats and four sets of deads, but i was able to finish my leg workout, take a 15 min break and drink a full serving of body mortar and finish my workout with doing back. i was dead at the end of it, but i was able to get through all of it without a problem. this was really a turning point for my thoughts on this stack.
 
Arms Saturday

Last lift of the 8 to 12 rep week. did biceps and triceps. Hit a PR today. I did Barbell Curl 105 x 8. i was really amazed by that number. had a really good pump and it didnt really go away till a few hours later. probably the best pump i have had yet.

I am eager for app nut's new post workout "cool down" to hit the shelves so i can throw it in with body mortar. i think that would be a sick stack, plus a pre workout and creatine. IMO, that sounds like a pretty unbeatable stack right there.

I am feeling the clean energy like you, not too stimmed out and no crash :) It is funny that I have the energy/endurance to keep lifting but I am breathing like I just did sprints. I wanna see if that stays throughout the stack or just something going on with my body right now.

No, no details yet. a brief summary of it is available in the appnut section though. once i know, i will be sure to let everybody else know lol apparently, its supposed to stack well with Lit Up for the "fire and ice" stack. throw in some creatine nitrate and body mortar and bam, that a natural stack.

Dang, this workout was off the chain. I did 3 sets of DB flats, 3 sets of DB incline, 3 sets of BB incline, 3 sets of hammer strength chest press. really good endurance throughout the entire workout. Im getting low on Hypertrop-x so whenever im out of that, ill make my final update. i will post the link on this log but create another thread for it.

Back Tuesday high rep week

I had a really good back pump after three sets of Rows. not normal for me and i liked it. i did BB row, Lat pull over, Lat pulldown, sitting hammer strength row, wide grip pull ups. I really had a great workout. great intensity, good endurance and great pump. now using two scoops of pump fixx.

after this week, i will give my final review of the stack.
