Unless you already have the Nolva, Clomid would be a better choice for your PCT, as there is no reason to be preventing gyno from this cycle. I still don't feel either is necessary, but if you do, I guess play it on the safe side. Honestly the SERM is gonna be a lot harsher to your body than this cycle would be.

I have both. Im 100% going to use 1. Never used Clomid before this sounds like the perfect time to do it.

I guarantee he is gaining some muscle too... I gained WEIGHT while losing fat.
 
Not going to check the Calipers or anything else till cycle is complete. It just build my anticipation. I will say this i have had numerous people tell me im more defined. I see it in the mirror. Have some crazy looking veins on the front of both shoulders that just scream " Badd Ass"!!

Little late Louisville played and well got handled last nite so i went to bed pissed!! Mirror is being very kind to me im seeing it happen strength is consistent weight abouth the same. hopefully next week i see some strength help not so much adding plates but upping my reps is what im shooting for!

That is a ton of sets for just your arms bud. In fact I just did the math and it's 50 sets. Most people recommend 6-9 sets for each muscle of the arms. I used to do a lot of work for my arms, but I found they grew a lot better when I stopped over-training them.

For recomp it is fine. But if he was going for mass then I would cut it down to 6-9 range.

im going for a complete recomp! Mass isn't an issue. I will say this my Armw are are getting cut most of all and my chest is starting to look real good. Not going to do Measurements or anything else till im done with the run.

I did do alot for arms but i just got ahead of myself and the next thing you know i was done with alot of reps. Easy though one of the easiest to date!;)
 
Day 14

Totaly changing my routine its that time. I will be doing Chest on Sundays, Arms and Tri's on Monday, Legs on Tuesday, Back on Wednsday and Shoulders Thursday. So i went in to the gym today and it felt way off from the Norm which is good. I worked twice as hard today and for the first time in months my Pecs are SORE!! I love switching things up makes it 10x better! Gotta say Felt strong today maybe this is it maybe the strength gains are upon me!!

I usually do Tri's with Chest but just doing arms and tris Friday i chilled on those and will do arms and tri's tomorrow. I will go lite on Arms as i did them 2 days ago so it will be just a workout to give me a pump.

Finished with 10 minutes on the bike (1.71 miles) and 3 sets of Ab's
 
Hay Lou villian try this for a work out. It is a nice old school workout that will kick your a$$.
set 1&2 4-6 reps, explosively, pause between each rep to fail
set 3&4 12-15 reps, moderate speed light pause between reps to fail
set 5&6 20-25 reps, slow speed no pause continuous tension to fail
 
Sounds rough.

Last fall i used a 12/24/10/20/8/16 routine.No pause hit the reps in that order only pausing to grap the next weight. It would look like this

Flat Bench

75x12
35x24
75x10
35x20
75x8
35x16

Then goto Incline and so on. I would do that for everything. It is Crazy but takes more stamina then strength. Loved it though. You 100% need a spot and not for the 75's but for the 35's

Man my 14 day run so far has been great. Lost just over 10lbs slowly starting to increase weights and have really recomped in the 14 days. Damn LG you should have sponsered me!! Im doing the Prime Formadrol Extreme PCT I know you guys got something to throw in there to give me an explosive PCT!!


Just Kidding. Im glad i went with this stack so far. Its not marketed as a strong stack but man im telling you im having good results with it!!
 
Also got my Blood results from 1 week before start of Cycle i had not high or low marks on anything. My Test Levels were 685, Free Test 18 and estrogen 22. will have to compare these numbers to my blood results after tri stack and 1 week after pct

Im just as thrilled. Let me emphasize my diet is not 100% clean. I eat my Oats and Egg whites as a 1st meal then the other as a 2nd meal. I eat Turkey and Fat free cheese as my Lunch a snack of a protein shake then i eat after w/o. For dinner the other nite i had to burgers (On the foreman) some eggs and baked chips. This past weekend i had some pizza and a sub sandwich. So my diet is not near perfect yet its 100% better then it was. Im having great success in a Recomp off what im doing i can only imagine a 100% dialed in diet.

I gather you love d-bol? I have 300 of the Pink's with the snakes on them. I believe they are the 5mg's. I have been scared to use them without Test included. What kind of results did you have solo. Are the gains hard to keep?

yes dbol is odd many abuse it EVEN ON HERE (TURDS) try 25mg thats all u need every 4 hrs 5mg or every 8hrs 10mgs. something liek that. 25 equals huge protein synthesis and little to no water gains run that for like 2months great results like 8lbs of pure muscle
 
i used 70mg of dbol and 25mg....... SAME RESULTS!!!!! except dbol on 70 gave my nipples itchy ( means gyno is commin if not carefull)
 
btw drop the dbol in sulfuric acid, if it become dark red or purple... its realdeal dbol
 
So 25mg's of dbol can yeild results ran as a solo compound? I have always read it was useless to run Dbol solo as most of the gains just vanish afterwards.

I may try a 50mg run but im close to doing some test. I have some Test P and some Decca Vet Grade but am still researching all the how to guides out there.

Good to know. I just figured i would use 25-50mg to jumpstart my Test Cycle but its good to know that if i chicken out i can still use them solo. Although im 100% sure the sides are worst for DBol versus Test.

Just from what i have researched its legit. I think i read it originates from Taiwan (Maybe im wrong here) but i did the smash test (Hard as hell to break yet it broke right in 2 on the line) and color was same even in the middle. Plus my buddy jumpstarted his Test run with the same batch and was feeling and looking good 2 weeks in to his jumpstart.

Weight 239.8 (What?????????? Yessssssssss!!!!!!!!

Weight is falling off phenominally!! Also checked LBM by a old timer at the gym. I was 15.6%BF,192LBM which is the first time ive checked that which he told me is great for my frame. Strength is there went thru this workout like "Damn am i done?" Excited on the progress hands down. Feeling strong Reps are easy 12+ Going to do this week as Normal rep wise then go Balls to the wall next week. I may also go 6 weeks with this stack. Next week will be the factor if i do it or not.

Day 16

Weight 240.1

Did Legs and some Chest today and i can Finally feel the strength!! So ive lost over 1.5% of BF and im as strong as ever dropping 12+lb's in 16 Days. Had a good W/O today threw in some Heavy Chest Reps at the end of Legs and thats were i felt the strength Increase. Glad the strength has come i was starting to think it wouldn't happen. For the record im dosing 6 of each and im considering going to 7 as i feel great and think i can handle it. I have 2 full bottles of M1D and MM here so im good to do this.

yah i told myself if i can't get to 205lb natrually without clen and m1-d i would not run them...... one week b4 my stack im 206lbs now just weight earlier :) i have used clen b4 and i never been this low. so now i am at all time lowest and about to use the best fat burning stack i have ever done.
 
my diet never changed except reducing alot of fat. only diff is i did cardio and used hydroxycut X once a day with leukic. LEUKIC does wonders and in my cycle will keep it for monring fasted cardio. btu yah urs is going well too ..... if u added clen u would have gotten CRAZY results
 
Actual Weight W/O takes about 70 minutes. Its a bam bam thing. Its me and 1 other guy. He lifts i lift when we do our 5 exercises its on to the next. I literally may take 30-60 seconds tops between everything. I dont believe in walking around talking and so on. Its so much easier to just knock it out.

Just to give a time frame. I get to gym on average day at 5 30 i warm up and we start at 5 35. Once we get to abs its 6 45 6 50 then i spend till 7-7 15 on cardio. Im home by 7 30.
