Tren Cycle

Hey Guys,

Been reading threads on here for about 2 years. I plan on starting a tren/test E cycle and wanted to get some feedback. I have been working out since high school and through college sports, so about ten years now. Never had bulking in mind until a year ago. My first cycle was August 09' and I followed up with a second one in January 10'.

Stats:
Age - 25
Height - 5'11"
Weight - 205lbs
Less than 9% body fat

Cycle History: (minor acne)
1st cycle
weeks 1-10 - test cyp, 250mg/wk
Weeks 12-16 - clomid 50mg/ed

2nd cycle
Weeks1-10 - sust 250mg/wk
Weeks 12-16 - clomid 50mg/ed

I gained about ten pounds on each cycle with a very clean diet, Bringing me from 190 lbs to 210 lbs( I was at 215 before the bloating receded). I recently started to trim up, so I am at 205. I would like to be shredded.
Weeks 1-10 - Test E 250mg/wk
Weeks 1-8 - Tren E 200mg/wk
PCT
Weeks 12-16 - clomid 50mg/ed
Weeks 12-16 - Nolva 20mg/ed

My Diet is spot on, calories mostly coming from protein. I'm taking in between 200 - 250 carbs (I am very prone to gain bad weight with too much carbs). 400 grams of protein a day. About 4500 calories a day split between 7 to 8 meals. I'm stacking creatine monohydrate, N.O. Explode, amino acids, glutamine, whey and casein protein. I have letro on hand, but I don't think I will take it unless I start getting bad side effects. I would appreciate your opinions and suggestions on this cycle.
 
Sounds like a good idea, but I don't know how I will react to tren. Since I couldn't get acetate I want to be cautious.

id start with 300mg/week of tren then. sides/gains will probably become noticeable week 3, if things are going well then id bump the dose to 400mg/week
 
I only worried about the ester because if I get bad sides then it will take while for the tren e to get out of my system. I wanted the tren ace to see how I reacted to it, and I could jump off it real quick if I got sides. Have ya'll stacked tren before?

personally tren ace pinned ed gave me more sides then tren-e pinned 2x per week. not to mention the tren ace made me feel like a pin cushion.

tren is a great compound, but as i said before, get HCG to run on cycle....or expect a lengthy and difficult recovery

I'm not going to pretend to know everything as my experience on aas/ph is only a epi cycle, but I have been Reading posts on here for a long time and some advice I've read is to leave the NO and Creatine until ur PCT as the Test and Tren will keep u pumped and give u all the power u need, when on PCT ur body will use the Creatine and No better then to maintain ur strenght gains u had on cycle. just something to think about.

Tren is amazing. It will make you feel like a god. ;)

Maybe up your calories from your last cycles. If done right, you can gain more than 10 lbs. on a cycle.

I gained more than ten pounds on each cycle, but not all of it was lean muscle. Once my system was clean I got about ten pounds of good muscle from each cycle.

Well I pinned last Saturday (200 mg test E, 150 mg Tren E) and today( 200 mg Test E, 150 mg Tren E). A little sore at the injection spot, but other than that all is well. Did chest yesterday and felt good. I pushed 245 fairly easy for 6 reps on incline. Hitting back today, and a soccer game after for some cardio. I plan on giving a review every week on my workouts, appetite, and weight.
 
I did back Wednesday, and shoulders yesterday.

My back felt like a brick house. I started with wide grip pull ups for 3 sets 15, 12, and 10 reps. I felt like putting the weight belt on, but I usually use pull ups for a warm up, maybe next week. Then close grip pull downs. Bent over rows with 225 for 12, 10, 8 reps and a drop set with 135 for 20 reps. I pulled 405 on dead-lift for 3 sets at 8 reps. I finished up with a super set of dumbbell rows with 70 lb. dumbbells and wide grip pull downs. The whole workout felt really good with a great pump.

My shoulders were surprisingly strong. 2 years ago I dislocated my shoulder and fractured my humerus putting me out of all sports, lifting, etc. For years I couldn't overhead press 65 lb dumbbells without extreme pain. Yesterday I did 2 sets of 10 with 65's and 1 set of 10 with 70 lb dumbbells and it felt great. The pump is really starting to set in. 155 lbs on over head barbell press for 3 sets of 10. I felt strong enough to go on to heavier weight, but I am scared of another injury. Those are the only big lifts I do for my shoulders since they are vulnerable, I finished the rest of the workout with various lateral raises, rear delt lateral raises and shrugs.

Just a little soreness in my lats, spine erectors, and front delts.

Although I look leaner my weight has increased by one pound to 206. I am still eating the same amount of calories with ease, and I think I'm going throw in a little more carbs to see what it does. I didn't think I would start trimming up so soon.

Hitting my arms today, with a soccer game after for cardio.
 
Maybe check your Pct. I like to start with higher doses of clomid/nolvadex and taper down as I go.
 
tren is my very favourite aas out there. i have run it several times. i am in love with tren.

you are going to love it bro, do not stress about it and get LOTS of rest. i found its important to keep as steady a sleep pattern as possible while on tren. if you get tired, go to bed, dont fight it.

if you do end up raising your tren, whuch i dont think you'll feel the need to, raise your test as well. keep your test:tren ration somewhere between 1.5:1 and 2:1.

Saturday I got my chest workout in and it was awesome! I started out with chest fly's for warm up. Right off the bat I could feel an amazing pump.
I moved on to incline, I do incline first while I'm at my strongest, and started with 135 for 20 reps, 185 for 10 reps, 205 for 10 reps, 225 for 8 reps, and 245 till failure which turned out to be 5 reps. I usually use this weight for incline, but I felt so powerful and controlled. I wanted to do more, but I didn't have a spotter.
I moved to dumbbell incline and started with 75 lbs for 10 reps, 85 lbs for 10 reps, 105 for 8 reps, 110 for 6 reps. Felt great...I had so much control over the dumbbells.
Bench was next, but I was fatigued by this time. I did 4 sets at 185 lbs for 10 reps, 225 lbs for 10 reps, 245 lbs for 8 reps, and 265 lbs for 6 reps.
I repped out 15 reps for 4 sets of dips supersetted with dumbell flyes using 45 pound for 15 reps.
My chest was very full and throbbing.

Yesterday I did shoulders\
After warm up I started military press with 85 pounds for 20 reps, 135 for 10 reps, 145 for 10 reps, and 165 for 8 reps.
Dumbbell over head press with 55 lbs for 10 reps, 65 lbs for 10 reps, 75 lbs for 8 reps, 75 lbs for 6 reps. Like I said last week, I injured my shoulder a couple of years ago and I never could use these weights because it was so uncomfortable. I usually went to 65 lbs for 6 reps before my shoulder wanted to give.I finished my workout with lateral and rear raises and high rope pulls.

Again, I look leaner while gaining weight. I am at 207 lbs and feel lighter and quicker on the field. I'm surprised I gained weight because I'm doing alot of cardio and I play soccer which is a great cardio workout. I thought this cycle was going to be more of a cut. I planned on staying at 205 - 207 and getting super ripped, but I think if I do it right and pay attention to my body and diet I can gain 5-7 lbs while getting shredded, we will see. My appetite has grown, but I limit myself to 4500 - 5000 calories a day, mostly protein.

I agree, I will probably take 100 mg a day of clomid, then bring it down to 50 mg after a couple of weeks.
For Nolva I;m going to take 40 mg a day and after a couple of weeks bring it down to 20 mg.

I know what your saying. I Have trouble sleeping at night so I am getting some naps in when needed.

Other than that not really any sides yet. My workouts have been amazing so far and it really hasn't kicked in yet, only my second week.

That is what I am wondering about, since I am coming into my third week of the cycle I think I should start. Anyone have any advice on when to start and the dosage?

basically 250 IU 2 X week is sufficient and watch your estrogen but low dose HCG shouldnt be a problem

and your Clomid/Nolva doses for PCT are extremely wasteful and excessive. 20mg of nolva is enough and 50mg clomid is enough, especially since youre running HCG. Just wondering why are you only running 400mg of Test thats kinda Odd?

Thanks man. I thought my PCT dose was high, but when I read up on it most people are running more than that, I didn't take into account the HCG. As for the low dose of test I respond very well to test. It puts weight on me fast and not all of it is lean muscle. My first two cycles I had problems staying lean even though I did cardio and my diet was good. I didn't like the look and the bloating. I don't care to be over 210 pounds since I stay active in alot of sports, that is getting a little heavy for me. I find my speed and quickness goes out the door when I get that heavy. My main goal was to harden up and get lean and maybe gain a couple of pounds, but I'm almost in my third week and I have gained two pounds with a leaner look. The dosage I'm at is good for me.
 
test + hcg can cause A BIG GYNO brow......

If i was you, i'll run 10mg of tamoxifen/day.....just to control gyno.

do not use Tamoxifen on cycle thats un neccessary .

It sounds like you were bloated because of high Estrogen , I would use Adex on cycle not Nolva . Adex is An AI which is what you need
 
Nolva can be occasionally used on cycle as extra prevention of estrogen binding to your breast.

But you probably dont want to use it with tren, and an AI should be more than suitable. Maybe consider getting caber while your getting arimidex.

agreed. nolva is good if you are experiencing gyno from test... not good at all if you are experiencing gyno from a progestin such as tren or deca.

nolva has also been shown to inhibit gains while on cycle. i believe its best to keep nolva on hand just in case and use in pct.
