Trem Bombs

Has anyone had any experiences with Trem Bombs? A few of my mates said that they are good for adding stack however I want so feedback from yourselves before I take any actions. I've been on Mutant Mass for a few months and put on some good weight, however I want to stack up a lot now. Are they any good?
