im noticing rashes on my forearms and feet as well,its wierd cuz i havent applied there in at least four days

Looks like we both lucked out huh? Strange because my first bottle wasn't like this. Right now I'm just doing two pumps on shoulders, 1 pump on each. That is until the rash on the back of my legs goes away. I won't apply their again but might go back to the tops of feet.

Yes and I'm using it now. Love Formabolic. No problems at all with it. It's not the same carrier though.
