hey AM, starting my next 4 week program i RM 2 285 =( in trapbar DL
i was thinking deficit trapbar DL, i also read sumo dl or rack pulls
i feel confident i can lockout the weight, but cant start the force to get the bar off the floor.. i can put a link to my DL form if anyone needs it
