Trap Anatomy

I'm interested in learning more about trap anatomy. Grey's is too dense, and experimenting in the gym just messes with my regimen. Can anyone hit me with a quick crash course? Upper, middle, lower maybe?

Its pretty simple. Im a kinesiology major this is off the top of my head:

Upper trap originates on upper thoracic and cervical vertebra spinous processes i beleive, and inserts on the spine of the scapula. Action: elevation of scapula, and upward (medial) rotation of scapula

Middle: origin: thoracic spinous processes. Insertion: medial border and part of spine of scapula. Action: retraction of scapula

Lower: origin: lower thoracic spinous processes. Insertion: lower medial border of scaplua. Action: retraction and upward (medial) rotation of scapula.
