Transdermal trione and when to apply it?

So the last time I ran trione i applied half in the morning and half at night, that is the way i have seen ppl apply it on AM (although not many ppl have use it)

I was talking with an Ergo rep and he said that 6 oxo (oral) is taken at night because estrogenic activity is supposed to be high in the AM and it takes all night for it to get into your system.

Does anyone know how long it takes for transdermals to get into the system?

Or how long 6 oxos half life is?

It has immediate effects when applied transdermally, that's the nature of the beast. Apply, absorb, enter the bloodstream.

Half life can be based on it's effects on aromatase(at least thats how I gauge it, actually activity of the molecule I'm not sure). Since aromatase takes close to 24hrs to bounce back after inhibition, the plan orally was for one dose all at night... seeing as that is the peak of testosterone AND aromatase activity.

Once in the morning and at night would suffice. You could probably double dose at night to get the same effect, though dermal saturation may be a problem since you'd have to apply more at one time.

just for anyone who searches transdermal trione last time i used it i mix it by heating the transdermal matrix in hot water, this time i put it in the microwave.

Im pretty sure the microwave messed it up, cause last time i used it it was MUCH stronger!! Makes sense to me, cause microwaves fuk sh1t up!
