I'm having trouble with properly timing my Androhard doses. Hoping someone with transdermal experience has some advice.

The label says to take it preworkout and at night, but to not shower for 8 hours after application. I have to shower after lifting or I smell terrible and get acne. Is a shower 4 hours post application acceptable, or will I be washing off half of the product?

I usually give it a minimum of 4 hours before showering....this has served me well.

While taking it pre-workout may be what the label suggests, if it were me id apply it after the shower. It’s transdermal application so naturally it’s time released, I dont think applying it directly before a workout is going to illicit such a dramatic difference.

The impression that I am under is that once it’s absorbed into the first layer of the skin (or once it’s dried) you are good. I wouldn’t shower right after it dries but after the gym is fine.

I work out in the AM, shower, then go to work. I have successfully used transdermal products putting them on first thing in the morning, working out 45mins later. 1-1.5hr workout then showering.

For me the biggest pain is the active crashing. In the winter I have to hot bath the product before every application. That takes 5-10mins extra.

I have read that your pores open when you work out and can help absorption of the TD. I don’t know if that’s true though.

if you think your not sweating it off in the gym after applying pre work out, youre not working hard enough. seriously though, apply after the shower, and before bed. problem solved. I dont believe pre work out doses are really that effective or healthy.

I enjoy it pre workout but after it dries once I start sweating it seems to just roll off of me. I haven’t been taking it before bed this time around because it kept me up a few times.

I haven't even tried nighttime dosing, just assumed it would keep me awake. Good to know.

What's wrong with preworkout dosing? I thought that was optimal, especially with orals.

Also would like to add that Androhard is esterified so it shouldn’t matter when exactly you dose it due to the enanthate ester.
I was wondering about that, the active compounds are: Androsterone Enanthate and Undecanoate Epiandrosterone. With those esters shouldn't the half-life be at least a few days?

They should be, yes. I don’t know how they work outside of injections though so it may work differently with TD applications.

its theorized that could be the leading reason of enlarged heart from oral use.

you take em pre work out, they enter the blood stream in 20-30 mins.. you work out and get your heart racing. that over stimulation is met with anabolics.. you get the picture.

I assume this also applies to GH/Peptides/Slin/IGF? Seems a lot of people take them preworkout to chase the pump. Would post workout, when the heart has calmed down, be the better time?

if you dose twice a day approximately 12 hours apart you should be covered.
