From pre cycle to after post cycle.
I gained about 8 lbs lbm and 3.5 lbs of fat... Early September to end of December.

Plans going forward are to hang on to the current body composition and start and fat loss cycle sometime after the Super Bowl. Would like to get down to 7 or 8 % body fat. I’ll likely track that one on AM as well.

How long can LGD be ran solo? (No test base)

Does the time frame exceed that of a prohormones cycle? I’m new to sarms.

Main point of interest is gaining LBM while not loosing my hair. It is my interest to run injectables sometime in the future. Just not yet. (Not ready to loose hair haha)
 
-Don’t do Lgd solo. I’ve done it. You’ll feel like **** around week 2 or 3, right when the drug begins to take affect. Just run some dermacrine or 4 andro with it..... Why you don’t want to use any test base?
 
Hair will fall out if you do LGD solo. It did for me. I attributed that to the non existence of estrogen, due to non existence of testosterone.... With the trestolone and MK, the hair and skin were at all time highs.... Lol

Yes. I’ve tried it both ways. And your initial idea will leave you unsatisfied and still needing a full PCT.... Yuck.
This cycle got me 8 to 10 lbs of LBM after pct. not bad.

I didn’t shed on this cycle. Once I entered PCT I did for a few days to a week. But that quickly ended. Run the MK through PCT or at least through some of it.

Trest is no joke though. It would produce on its own. And you need aromisin on hand.
If concerned with trest, go dermacrine or 4 andro.
