I guess my first question might be, (since they used basically untrained, or guys who had not trained for over 6 months) would the stimulus or results be exactly the same with seasoned lifters?
I kind of liken it to, too much hammering, or raking work, on a novice, puts a blister on the palms.
But a guy who has been doing that kind of work for a bit of time, develops callouses.
Not sure if that example exactly applies, but many of these studies, involve untrained, or less trained individuals.
