Three weeks ago I pulled my left pec minor and it swelled up pretty good. I've been taking it easy, seeing my chiropractor, and getting regular deep tissue therapy. I got the go ahead to start pressing again today. It's been 3 weeks of leg days and pulling. I did a few light presses tonight but went easy so as not to aggravate anything.
