Training Splits

Bobo,
Generally, what training split/s do you favor for someone who if lifting solely for hypertrophy purposes?
Please assume that the trainee has diet down.

I never assume that.

As for what I recommend, it depends on what you did previously. I generally like volume trianing for most muscle groups and other need to be hit with more frequency.
