Training Protocol for next cycle-need fresh ideas

I need some fresh ideas for a new training program when I begin cycle in a month. I will be focusing on adding lean mass not a dirty bulk. What supps I run is still on the table. I've run dozens of different programs over 15+years. I always come back to my faves when cycling though. Last one I did was y3t training. Do me a solid and throw up suggestions of programs you guys like. I will
read up on them and pick something new to try. Thanks guys.
 
Ive also am a fan of PHAT for when "on". The increased recovery really helps with that program
 
Any other suggestions anyone. I'm just basically burnt out and wanna find 3-4 good training programs I can learn more about. Throw out any good ones that come to mind.
