Training Program!!!

So I'm looking to switch up my training program. Is there anyone that is able to give me one or guide me? I go to school and work full time but I'm able to workout 5 times a week.
 
On the off chance that you have a decent level of wellness you most likely could run about six miles on almost no preparation.
