What is the best workout routine on cycle?
monday: bench/biceps
tuesday: off, go to bars, act like a douchebag
wednesday: bench/biceps
thursday: off, go to clubs, act like a douchebag
friday: bench, biceps
saturday: abs
sunday: off, go to the beach, act like a douchebag
every now and then, take a few minutes to try the other machines, but treat with suspicion. Eye the squat rack as if it were some type of black magic, and never, EVER train your legs.

This seems more like a off cycle routine? I am trying to step it up. Should I hit bench/biceps everyday while on? I can always hit the clubs up after I lift. I love having the pump and beer is a great post workout.But that is what I do off cycle.....

No but really it would be nice to have real answers. I usually lift 4-5 days a weeks with
moderate volume. During most passed cycles I have done a 5 day a week 1-2 body
parts a day routine but that is getting old. I am currently doing a upper/lower body
powerlifting routine 4 days a week. I like it but does not have much volume. It just
revolves around squats, bench, and deadlifts with a few other things thrown on. I want
to do something that will give me a lot of hypertrophy while on cycle, my strength will
already be up from the powerlifting. I was thinking about trying HST but 3 day routines
have never felt like enough. Any suggestions? I know this depends on the person but I
was just wondering what the good people at anabolicminds prefer do to while on cycle.
