Me too lol. I'm back to going to the gym again but I'm just tired and weak feeling all the time. October last year, so only 4 months ago, I had to cut weight to make the 198lb class and I benched 360, I was doing sets of 6 with 315 and triples with 335. I pulled 500 the day after too which isint my max but just to show for reference.

This morning I weighed 194, abs are visible but I got no pop to my muscles like I normally do. Benching 245×6 was a challenge the other day and I was doing rack pulls in the Smith machine with 315 and it felt like 500. I look like and am lifting #'s that I was doing natty 4 years ago.

With all that said, I'm starting to get some gym motivation back. I'm purposely keeping my calories and carbs low until I'm ready to kick it back in gear too. I'm trying to leave myself a bunch of playing cards to go through so i can make progress for a long while. When the time comes. It's not time yet tho lol

You definitely could be burnout some from your busy schedule and then getting sick on top of that, making you feel drained. That gym motivation could be a good sign you’re about to pull through it though.

Mod edit was "WTF" ha ha so went too far on type of item advertised in the wrong forum section..

SAD is a real struggle. I'm in the PNW so it's been cold, dark, wet, and rarely over 40F for months now. I set aside money every month for a winter sun escape. it's hard in June/July to be thinking about booking a winter trip but every year I'm grateful I did it so far in advance. that week or so in the sun is really rejuvenating and I find even like ADD symptoms disappear when I can sit on a beach and read a book for hours.

You know what blows my mind, what if I went to the white house And said I identify as the president and tried to get inside. I would be escorted out and probably arrested, maybe even get shot.

If I went to a high school and tried to enroll and say I identify as a 17 year old girl, I want to join the girls swim team and I need to use there locker room because I'm a teenage girl. I would be arrested and probably taken to a hospital for a mental evaluation.

What if I walked up to the coast guard and said Im the fukin coast guard king.

It's all absolutely rediculous but for some reason it's not rediculous for a 6'4 300lb man to say hes a woman and compete in the Olympics as a girl. Or letting high school kids use whatever bathroom they identify as.

I have a niece that thinks she's a boy and her mother is cosigning that bullshit. And you know what, if she truly wants to be a boy then that's fine, I'm sure it's a difficult thing to deal with, both for the children and the parents. But you don't let your 14 year old daughter use the men's bathroom and all the other rediculous **** that people are starting to think is ok.

With what your going to be taking sarms don't have a place that I can think of. If your going to be on over a gram of gear and using hgh then you have everything covered. The only other thing I would suggest is t4, not t3!

T4 is anabolic while t3 is catabolic but that's not the reason. T4 makes hgh work better and I really don't have the energy to explain everything right now so IL try to find something I can link that explains it lol

JTMass is doing well, sent photos last night, and he looks the best he has in a hot minute. Finally in a life position to really focus on training, cleared to return from a knee issue, moved cities, life changes. He just wrapped up a minicut after navigating the holidays/vacation and his body seems to be soaking up the bump in calories.

He added 500mg Metformin recently which went well, he’s turning up the training, we bumped oil from 6 to 800/wk, added L-carnitine, added steps, and we’re bumping cals again postWO and he intends to start HGH this week. He is now very on his diet, 1 free meal per week. He looks bigger and leaner than last week already!

Yes, if you get liquid t4 and even more important if you use liquid t3 to shake it up before use and use a 1ml oral syringe. I really feel that there's too much room for error with the droppers.

It definitely helps with blood pressure….here are a couple of articles. One where low dose 5 mg has been proven to lower blood pressure, and the other is a study on 20 mg with the results of the test. When I include Cialis it’s mainly for the blood pressure benefits, I don’t really need help in the arousal department, but I don’t mind that benefit, and I only take 5 mg a day for me. As far as the pumps, I never really took it for that, but you can tell it does increase pumps and definitely worth adding to your protocol.

Why don’t you source a medication that is actually clinically used to control high bp, like telmisartan?

Cialis isn’t even as effective as Carditone. You could probably get as much out of twice daily grape seed & pine bark extract and some Nattokinase.

Nothing wrong with tadalafil, it does some cool stuff and that’s a great perk of using it, but unless you want the boner magic you’re really using an inferior tool for the blood pressure job.
