Training log revamp ROUND 3 lol

I feel like you haven’t been cruising that long if memory serves. I think your blast ended after mine and I’m still not blasting.

I mean if you had a time-sensitive goal that really would benefit from blasting sooner, then I would endorse it. BUT to me it sounds like you are just in a cruise limbo made worse by the work/season/contest availability scenario, so you just kind of want to take some drugs and make some gains, because we’re anabaholics and that’s fun to use.

I absolutely know I feel that way after every single blast. 4-8 weeks post blast, I am always running through random ideas for what I could take, with various potential justifications for why I should be experimenting with X combo suddenly, when the reality is it all comes back to this subconscious “get f*cking huge” mentality.

But then logic kicks in and I realize the best way to accomplish my goals isn’t just to start haphazardly taking a bunch of fast-acting hard hitting ****. I need to have a bigger plan, then figure out what best next moves me towards that, and then build cycle rough draft and diet around that.

The answer is Option 1, IMHO.
Cycle ended 6 weeks ago, need another 2-4 weeks minimum, 12 total is ideal for me

I'm kind of just reading everyone's messages and bits and pieces at work I got to come back later and reread everything because I'm responding to individual parts of messages and not fully reading anything

It's option 1 bro. Stay away from option 4 because the little I know if you from being on here I don't think that'll be good mentally..it'll drive you crazy. Trust me I hate cruises too but I just think about the next blast/phase and what it's going to entail to motivate me. Just think the cruise is part of the process to the end goal

Hmmm...was I talking to you or myself..lol this blast us almost over deca and anadrol are almost gone which means thr clen and cardarine will be too

I can't **** with clen any more, last 2-3 times I tried to use it I got weird cramps and muscle spasms. It started earlier this year in March. Then I used it cutting for boxing and it happened again and I randomly threw it in a few times in September I think to see if it would happen again and it did. Tried supplementing all kinds of stuff to eliminate it but couldn't. Carderine I like still and get along good with. The original carderine. I didn't notice anything from the newer one

I like Mike's cardarine that I got to go along with the clen on my last purchase. I've done an hour straight on the step mill on levels 6-8 a few times( on days I don't lift)

Sooooooo .........

I just took 0.2ml test E sub q in the qbs and a little blood came out after. Like if you pricked your finger with a pin, just a tiny bubble or 2, but that's never happened after all these years, I've never had even the slightest drop of blood come out from a sub q shot in the abdomen area.

Fukin weird

Boxing gym in 30min

Phone call with a trainer/diet and prep guy at 130pm (will explain that later)

Grocery shopping after that.

Got a game plan and it's based around boxing. Like 75% boxing and diet focused with a little emphasis on maintaining strength and muscle mass so I don't get too skinny lol

Time to focus on a plan!

Love grocery shopping. I mean it’s a chore, and I generally have to just stick to the list, but I still enjoy looking

So true...right now going to the grocery store is like walking into a porn shop..there's things i want to stick my hands in and eat everywhere...8 more anadrol pills and about a half vial of geneza deca 300 left. The deca should take me right up to Christmas before I leave for Vegas to my mom's house. Couple days of stuffing myself and then reverse diet back up till my spring cycle

I think I enjoy grocery shopping and cooking more then working out. It's one of the few things I find happiness in since I gave up drinking and partying.

Food and sex or a good BJ are probably top of my list of things that make me happy/satisfied now a days. Like, you know how some animals are prey driven, I'm food and sex driven lol. Lifting weights is number 3 and fighting is probably number 4.

Outside of that, I'm convinced my dopamine receptors are a little shot or burnt out because nothing does it for me. I need extreme **** for excitement. Jumping off of roofs into a pool or ocean, bungee jumping and skydiving even though it's been a long time since I've done those, but when I would go drink and party I was always turned up to the point where nothing normal does it now.

So where to begin. I got a boxing session in today and then I took care of the other stuff.

If you guys been around for a while you know I got a few trainer friends and this is the guy that did my diet a while back, he's tweaked a few of my training programs, I was his fill in workout partner at one point and he's been waiting for me to do a real bodybuilding offseason for like 2 years lol. He actually thought that's what we were doing now but I told him next year I promise lol.

He doesn't really have issues with my diet, he's more concerned about making sure I stick to the diet. He's more concerned about calories then macro breakdown but basically he wants me to keep fat low to moderate, eat enough carbs to fuel workouts and recovery and fill in the rest with protein up to a certain point. That's going to depend on what maintenance calories are because there's no reason to eat 300+ gm protein.

He said the way I'm training is fine for the most part but I need to pump the breaks on volume. 12-15 sets tops per body part over the weekends. Job schedule makes training during the week really hard. We're gonna shoot for boxing on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday for the time being. Do my volume work over the weekend still and throw in 1 or 2 strength/power type exercises "AFTER" each boxing workout. No more lifting weights before the boxing workout. Especially because I'm off cycle. He actually wants me to stay off gear outside of testosterone. Stick with moderate test and invest in some gh for 2-3iu to aid in recovery. If that's not a option then supplements will be specific to recover and surprise surprise, he said I need to sleep a lot more lol.

He wants me to spend this month getting my training schedule locked up and not worry too much about food as long as I'm in a slight deficit and then we're starting a 10-12 week diet aiming for -2lbs per week.

He straight up cut me a solid deal that's exactly 1/3 of what he charges for a contest prep. He will send me the meal plan in about 2 weeks after we figure out maintenance. He's gonna tweak my training program week to week, we're not doing a cycle plan, he just said stay off everything but test and maybe a little GH. I'm probably gonna try to leverage peptides I got instead for recovery and save the GH for when it's time to get big.

Check in on every Sunday. Progress pictures are not necessary weekly as this ain't a physique-based event, but he said I should send them anyway here and there just to keep a eye on changes or to help make changes.

Idk, we talked about more but I'm drawing a blank.

Oh, because he knows I like to binge eat and I train mostly at night, I should keep calories low during the day, get some good pre/intra workout nutrition and then feast after training. But that's part of a carb cycling approach.

Basically I'm paying the guy to hold me accountable and help make adjustments.

If you can’t fight on joints a bit of nandrolone or gh. Maybe some Tbol if guys need more phlebotic increases from test occasionally but can’t handle more estrogen.

And you have way too much muscle for your class to use any nandrolone or Tbol

That's part of why he said stay off everything but test, I'm too big to fight at 178 but too short to fight at a heavier weight class.

If I was to run a cycle I'd probably be limited to test and mast.

He actually said it's too bad tren is so counter productive for endurance training. I could just put you on some test and tren and starve you down to the 170s

Oh well.

By the way, got 2 lb chicken and 2lb filet mignon marinating in a garlic teriyaki.

And I picked up a little piece of sushi grade tunaInvalid Link Removed
I got rice cooling, going to grill up the meat and then I got some hot rice on the side, going to steam up some broccoli.

And then the other rice I'm cooling off to make little rice balls with a nice piece of tuna on top and I'm making a spicy mayo type topping.

Il be back when I'm done cooking

I spent 170 on meat this week 🤦.

Filet mignon, sirloin strips, corned beef, French cut pork chops and a ton of chicken breasts and even a couple rotisserie chickens. Oh and 3x 4oz pieces of sushi grade tuna. $5.49 for a 4oz piece so over $20 a lb

Damn brobyou could've paid @Hyde To hold you accountable and make adjustments lol nah that's cool bro I think eventually I'm gonna do the same no that I know I'm back in this for the long haul. I found out I can get extremely vascular again.i thought all my veins were gone because of 20 years of iv heroin abuse but I finally got to the point of enough clean time with enough muscle while being under 10% b.f. I have a whole new motivation because of it

BTW your today's society's worst nightmare. A muscular MAN who enjoys food working out and banging chicks. We're a dying breed my friend

Damn bro you really do have skills!!

Damn bro you really do have skills!!
My sushi rolls always fall apart so you gotta use your fingers instead of chop sticks. You gotta get the rice consistency right and then you gotta roll it tight. Unfortunately I don't got the right tools, I do somewhere but I don't remember where they got packed up when I moved like a year or two ago.

Other then that, I grew up in restaurants, lots of good cooks in the family and I'm not talking about just my own family good Cooks, I mean lots of good restaurant chefs in the family.

Combine all that with a fat kid mentality and you get some good food.

I also make gigantic messes when I cook that drive my girlfriend fykin crazy lol

Sounds awesome you are putting your focus into a plan and working with a coach for accountability. I do way better when I have to check in with someone.

That's what it boils down to. I trust the guy, I know him in person and Ive seen his clients progress as well as his own. And I trained with a handful of times.

He only helps about 10-12 ppl at a time too so he's not overwhelmed with clients and pays good attention to detail.

He's also done me a lot of favors for free over the years so I kinda wanted to give him some business too

Also since I plan on letting him guide me through a real bodybuilding offseason eventually, it'll be nice to let him get a feel for me on the cutting process before going into the bulking process. He won't have to figure out as much on the way back up

Looks like I'm in the road for the next 2 weeks 😪 4.5 hours of driving on top of a 8 hour shift. Il make it work.

Today's plan

Medium coffee with cream and a protein bar

1 cup rice and beans, 4oz chicken breast and broccoli

1 cup rice and beans, 4oz chicken breast and broccoli

Coffee with a scoop of protein powder

Eaa's, 45-60min boxing session followed be weighted chins superset with deadlifts, il throw in some barbell curls if I have time

Dinner is to be determined, my girl is cooking tonight.

We made a schedule, she will handle dinner on Monday Wednesday and Thursday so I can hit the gym after work.

Il cook Tuesday on my rest day, Saturday and Sunday il train early so I can also make dinner and Friday she gets takeout and il eat chicken and rice or whatever I have prepared

I also plan to shutdown this log after Christmas and start a fresh one for the new year. It's just my way of keeping things fresh for myself.

Looks like the new drill rig for work didn't show up yet. It's just .e and 2 other guys drilling on this job so we're literally sitting around on our asses till the rig shows up🤷

Good you are getting paid for some much needed rest!

I'm so fukin beat lol. My training session ended up being from 6-8. I just finally showered and ate dinner and climbed in bed, actually I'm on the couch cuz me n my old bag are beefing lol.

Bike 10min
Shadow boxing 5 min
Jump rope 5 min

Light stretching

Some light bag work for 3 rounds

Worked on some footwork/mobility stuff

All supersets of chins and deadlifts
Chins x 6 + 135x6
Chins x 6 + 185x6
25x6 + 225x6
50x3 +275x3
75x3 + 315x3
75x1 + 365x1
0 + 415x1
Chins x 10 + 465x,1

Dinner was the same chicken and rice meal from earlier but I put it over romaine lettuce and topped it with shredded cheese, onions and tomatoes. A little ranch dressing, then 3 chocolate chip cookies and 16 oz fairlife milk.

Obviously the cookies are not on my plan but my fat and overall calories were fairly low today so I figured why not lol

I bet you were wore out…..chin-ups and deadlift supersets will have you seeing stars.😵‍💫

Made me kinda nauseous lol.

Honestly, I had a bad day. I already planned to do supersets but with lighter weight in the 5-6 rep range. I was tired and angry and I wanted to suffer and push it a little, I wanted to keep going but I needed to eat and get to bed

Rest day, well kinda. I got a serious day ahead of me at work. Gotta move and mix 45-90 bags of grout depending on how bad the piles are, each bag is 94lbs so it's a very active rest day.

Coffee, Greek yogurt and granola

Chicken rice and broccoli (like yesterday)

Coffee and whey protein

I'm making general TSO and rice for dinner. Gonna keep it reasons it's not like actual Chinese food.

Then I'm making my protein ice cream or pudding for dessert.

Curious how do you make General Tso more reasonable? Not breading or frying the chicken?

That day of work is going to be great for your GPP. I mean something like that here and there, you have zero reason to fear losing muscle while you prep for fighting - that kind of labor builds/retains a massive base. Lumberjack strength.

465 is a big ass pull for you, isn’t it? Good night of training for you man.

Called out of work today for the first time in like 6 months. I just couldn't sleep last night at all, I woke up like 20 times, sweating in my sleep, and it's pouring and I work outside. I just can't do it today.

Boss didn't seem to care at all so hopefully no harm no foul. I've been doing 40+ hours/week of work and up to 70 hours of you count driving time for 6months straight with 1 day off to get a tooth pulled

Worse case scenario I get laid off for the winter, I'd actually enjoy that lol. I could collect and grab some side gigs and make bank lol.

J/k, but also kinda serious 😂

Man you have to be able to catch your breath or it can run you in the ground….I’m sure your boss understood you needed a break.

That and it is the height of illness season, what is he really going to say to someone who has only missed for having a tooth pulled. "I know you are a good and reliable worker but this is unacceptable!" I think not. Good help is hard to find now, everyone wants to work from home, or not work at all now.

I thought the same, this company hired me as a pile driver with almost no pile experience. I'm really just a good laborer and Im kinda a jack of all trades who's a master at..... Well, master of nothing lol. But I show up every day, I do what I'm asked to do, I drive to rediculous job locations and I work till I'm filthy and soaking wet. They keep me cus I'm a hard worker, not because im a particularly skilled worker 😂

I'm actually thinking about switching back to the laborers union tho. I like knowing everything I'm doing and as a laborer there's no guessing. Il take a $4 pay cut, they still will have to pay me $32 and change a hour and if I switch companies to my buddies company il be working 7min from my house, it will save me $120-160 a week in gas and il get 2-5 hours of my day back by not driving so far. It's a win in my book

Training session coming up.
About 45min to 1 hr of boxing stuff and then close grip bench and clean and press. Lighter weights, fast explosive reps and then push ups to failure.

He's already changing stuff and I. Just gonna listen. Diet is also much lower in calories then I thought it would be. It looks like he's going to be super aggressive and he's pushing me to enter the Masters boxing tournament that's next month but I was trying to avoid.

It starts on January 13th and you fight once a week four weeks in a row so I would fight four times between January 13th and the middle of February. I'm 200 lb on the dot right now, 20 lb over and it's 35 days away or something like that. He seems to think I'm going to drop 10 to 15 lb in the next 30 days alone just from kicking up my program and then we can just do a simple 7-Day depletion to make weight while staying hydrated. He actually thinks I'm holding some water weight to being with and there's a easy 10-15 in water and mineral retention

I don't fukin know about this 😂😂😂😂.

I'm just gonna shut up and see what happens. Il make a decision in about 2 weeks. Maybe il get my wind up and fight at 191 and say **** it

Yea bro the money you save on gas will make up for the wage cut and the 2-5 hours you get back are priceless believe me. I would give every second of my drive time and overtime back to have spent that time with my wife instead. It's crazy now I can work all the OT I want for the most part, it's like the universe played a real cruel trick on me

By the way, that masters tournament got shot down the seccond I walked in the gym. Il explain later I'm on a 5min break gotta get back to it.

Clean and press after a boxing workout is stupid hard and kinda dangerous in my opinion. Il be staying under 185 for that and not supersetting it with anything.

Got everything done, finished off with speed pushups 61,54

Still sitting here catching my breath.

Masters gold gloves is a random draw, I'd have to get a full physical and everything done within the next 2 weeks and your opponent is a random draw. They could have 1 fight or 60 fights. It was apparently not the main boxing trainers idea. He literally said **** that, if you wanna jump in the that tournament I'd rather see you get a pro fight because at least we can hand pick the opponents. Back to the plan of get in shape and we will figure it out when the time comes but plan on February or March as a target.

I get excited and jump the gun when I get these calls and msgs so.etimes lol.

I walked in the gym and said, so..... Masters gold gloves? He said well, if you want but I say **** that and so on lol.

Home to shower and eat dinner.

Note to self. Endurance seems slightly better and overall strength seems slightly down. Which is expected

Also, this one is kinda a random decision of my own, I'm thinking about stopping testosterone and trying a extensive pct protocol before I do bloodwork to see how my numbers come back. Ive only came off 1 time in the past 3 years. I'm not really worried about the temporary dropping performance as I am worried about feeling like dog crap and having a hard time getting through my work days. Still got some thinking to do on that one. Last time I recovered fairly well. Idk what log or thread it was in but I got my natural testosterone back to the 600's after coming off trt last time
