Just using NPP over EQ will probably make him retain more fluid/improve leverage & be a more potent combo, so I would have him pick Winny or Tren and leave it there. And there’s no reason to take so much damn Anadrol when he’s never used it. 50mg will already make a huge increase in neurology; my muscles felt ready to pop constantly. Like one wrong jerky move and I might cramp and rip my hamstring off.
For comparison, final month of my last prep was:

-50 adrol/day final 10 days
So 1,450mg/wk to maintain 265-270lbs, of less toxic ****, to total 55 more lbs than him. You don’t get any special awards for taking less drugs than someone, but if something worked well then there’s no reason to increase dosages so radically - you can take too much gear and it becomes counterproductive. Blood pressure gets too high, anxiety, overloaded nervous system from being too amped, terrible sleep, lifting so much heavier weights so fast you get burnt out or injured. Best way to avoid that is to be progressive with adding gear, just like food and training. You don’t just jump from 3k calories to 5k.

Ya it's fukin weird. My core is very strong too, but any time I do direct abdominal work they spasms and it doesn't take long, 3-4 sets of 10-15 reps and something will spasm. Usually to the point I have to completely stop training abs for the day.That's exactly what mine do too..it looks like something is going to pop out like in the movie alien

That or just do abs on a different day. You have already trashed your abs on lower body day with all of the bracing. Why abuse them further on that day? Short of having someone bounce a medicine ball off your abs to get bracing for a punch squared away, I can't really imagine you need much direct work on your abs with how you lift for your lower body.Ya it's fukin weird. Even when I've been fat and out of the gym for extended periods of time the first time I train ABS they spasms, it's not overtraining it's not anything any of us can think of it's very frustrating to the point where it doesn't have to be frustrating because it doesn't even need to be thought about there's no solution it doesn't matter and that's where I'm leaving it lol.I know spasms can occur when the muscle has been overtrained. The times I experienced the worst ab spasms were usually when I was at my lowest body fat, on a cut, doing a high volume routine with at least two ab days. Same thing as you guys described, look like an alien ready to burst out. The few times I would have that happen I just quit training abs, and realized they were fine and were obviously still getting some training through support the rest of the routine.
Funny thing is they always stayed looking shredded and hard.
I always hesitate telling someone not to train something, but when they are already well developed there’s only so far they could go. And once you get them there they tend to maintain really well from support work, like Kleen said, as long as you maintain the proper eating.

I've asked so many people and we've tried so many different things from nutritional to training to hydration it's just a weird thing that happens to me. Yeah I have wondered about Liver King’s abs myself, and thought there was something off. Just look at old pictures when he was smaller, it’s like the structure of them has changed, if that makes sense. And not from just getting bigger and ripped, just like you said weird.
