What does everyone thing about Post Cycle Training? Is it best to stay out of the gym for the first week of PCT to let the cort levels settle and give your body a head start in recovery?? or best to get started right away with low volume/duration high intensity workouts??

Any oppinions are welcome.

I simply reduce the amount of volume I'm lifting in post cycle therapy. Fewer sets but at good intensity. Keep workouts at 60min or less.
I also always take something like retain 2 to help keep cortisol levels at bay.
To really make things smooth you could always add some igf1 and pegmgf to post cycle therapy.
Those are somethings I've done this last time around and they seem to be working well for me

IGF-1 and moderate dose cortisol blocker are really worth it IMO. Also, do as logan said, cut the volume and the weight down a bit and just keep the intensity pretty high. Less is more at this point. you want to keep the muscles stimulated but let the body focus on recovering your endocrine system and your insides and not just your muscles

The important part is not to slack off and lose your gains.

I'd go with intensity over volume so that you wont tax your recovery system

agreed. shorter workouts, higher intensity, maybe more reps (person dependant) and eat alot but very clean. calories will help maintain weight.
