Ok gang I got my supp in the mail yesterday and today marks day 1 for my log. A little background on me:
I am 24 yrs old and have been training since 14. I have used just about every fad supp to come down the pike due to my youth and ignorance so I will know exactly how this supp works on me. I played Division 1 lacrosse for 4 years and have tried every type of training program there is. now my goals are focussed on finding a diet/supplementaion program so i can hopefully one day compete in BB and maybe this supp will be the one. we will see.

i would say around 12-13% bf
Training while on Beta:
I only train full body workouts as i love moving heavy weights with compound movements and this has been the most effective for me over the years.

the only modifiaction i have made is i have dropped 1 set per exercise per day as i will be on a calorie deficit.

it all depends on how i feel i am progressing. I know a lot of people dont like t-nation or chad waterbury around here but his programs have been hands down the best programs i have ever used and the gains i have had from them are phenomenal. i reccommend anyone who has been using split type routines to give these a go and i gaurantee you will have awesome results.
I harldy ever max out so here are some recent bests:
Bench: 290x3
Squat: 300x3 (close stance ATG)
BB row: 225x5
dips: 90 lb DB x 3
Dead lift: 365 x 3
Diet:
Right now i am using a diet very similar to the diet Beast (Derek) is using on the "contest prep" section. Along with this i am doing 2 refeed days during the week on workout days. usually these are monday and friday.
my cals are around 3000/day and i try to keep the carbs at around 100-150 per day, all from oats and veggies. fat intake will be around 120g per day, mostly from walnuts, natty peanut butter and a total omega three supp.
Cardio:
i do about 20 min of cardio post workout and jumprope for 20 min in the morning before work 3 day a week bringing total cardio to 5-6 day a week depending on how i feel.
Supp routine:
I am trying to keep this beta product exclusive so i limit my supps. here's how it is going to be:
Beta
Flameout
protein powder
lean green
all of the others besides beta have been in my supp routine for over 3 months so i will know how beta effects me for sure.
Ok fellas, that's where i stand for right now. pics should be up hopefully tonight or tomorrow. If i forgot anything or you have any question please let me know or ask away!! i am looking forward to seeing how this works as all other USP products have kicked ass.
